Workers clean and put things to order, but members don't respect it!
If something is dirty it is not the employees fault here. sanitation is widespread available! Basketball court is incredibly popular and played on almost every hour every day. The pool and hot tub I've seen does get scrubbed and cleaned!

Samsun that works graveyard is their best employee. All around incredible! Awesome to have a big rugby player at the desk!

Keep in mind it is the only 24 hour available in Tacoma so understand it is extremely popular and busy at this location. Dial in and don't waste your money elsewhere. You literally have everything here and it's 24 hours 7 days a week

Excellent facility and staff. Not sure who the trolls are for some of the other reviews. But my experience is that the management are extremely responsive and work hard to keep things clean and in excellent condition. This is the BEST club in the area by far.

Immaculate locker room. The pool has never been crowded when I went. Helpful staff. All the equipment is cleaned regularly, I’ve never had to deal with sweaty weights or leg presses. Best part is that this one is truly 24hrs. With my job, I can not always get to the gym by 8/9. My fav location when I’m done in Tacoma.

Great gym equipment and plenty of cardio too. I received some personal training there from Chris and had a great experience.

Dominique and Jamie were great customer service Representatives this place is absolutely spectacular is very clean I believe there is no children here 24-hours you can't beat that anytime the day or night cash credit debit

I lost my Driver's license today at the gym and only realized it almost an hour later at home. I called the desk and the lady on the phone was so helpful that she promised to go and search for it. Yes she did call me back in about 15mins and they found my driver's license. Thank you so much and keep up the smiles and greetings at the front desk. I love working out here and the discipline that is always maintained by both customers and staff. Thank you.

The manager is Friendly / helpful, so are the staff,

Clean, friendly staff, and it never feels too crowded like some other gyms. There’s plenty of benches, squat racks, and cardio/weight machines, as well as a turf area where you can flip tires or push a sled if that’s your thing. Everyone also tends to mind their own business which is great.

What I love about 24 hour fitness is their Body Pump class. Kelsie is a great instructor. She's very motivating. If you are looking for a good workout, I encourage you to join her class.

One of my favorite gyms I've worked out at. The staff is friendly, the place is clean. Great variety of equipment and workout options, with a good layout for putting together a workout routine. Plus, the people who workout there are know what they're doing so there is a lot of good gym etiquette.

I love my gym. Ive been a member for 2 years. Never once have I had a bad day in this gym. They have the best customer service team around, its always clean and well maintained. Its my favorite gym in the Puget Sound.

Great facility! It has all the equipments necessary for working out, as you'd expect. Plus, they have a full basketball court, a swimming pool (with sauna and jacuzzi). Also, their parking lot is huge.

I was just here and spoke with Kayla for a membership and she was very informative, and pleasant to speak with. For someone like me, who is all over the place, I wanted to join a gym where we are able to go to any of their gyms. And 24hour fitness allows their members to work out in most of their gyms nationwide. Joined up. Can't wait to see the results.

I signed my daughter up but it was only for the “Active” gym. Not realizing my mistake, I sent her to this location. They told her her membership wasn’t for the Tacoma location. She explained the situation and they went ahead and let her use the gym. I went in later that afternoon to update her membership. But I’m impressed with the customer service and the friendliness of the staff members. Thank you for taking care of that situation. I enjoy this gym and how close it is to my house.

I just have to say that Kathleen at the front desk was excellent in her customer service to me. She signed me up with a new membership with 5 minutes of me walking in to renew. Her knowledge of my insurance company b.s. was unmatched. She is a badass woman. Great hire. Keep up the great work and love your pool.

My sessions are always amazing, awesome, and fun! They are new every day so all muscles get worked out. I love all my sessions!

As a senior it is sometimes difficult to find resources that help keep us in condition in regards to physical health issues. My insurance provider has what is called a silver sneakers plan. 24-Hour fitness is a source that is recommended. This is true. At their establishment I walked in without an appointment was directly introduced to a fellow that gave me a brief but all inclusive tour and then we sat down and established my membership and this was done with the utmost courtesy and concerned to my needs as a person of advanced years. I had a very nice experience and will be going back for my first session on Friday.

Employees are very friendly, and they explain to you about what package to choose, and also there personal trainer. Plus they have a
steam room, sauna, pool, Jacuzzi. And they
all work excellent. Come to the 24 fitness center in 38th st. In Pacific Ave. And also
they have lots of weight equipment and a
basketball court, and some other classes to participate if your interested. Come and enjoy working out with friendly employees and members.

Genuinely caring and helpful staff. I always got a fake vibe from my previous gyms but at this location they seem to really care about your experience and how the business is run. It’s also a very clean location. Plus even when I come during the busiest times, there is almost never a que for equipment :)

Having been to 24 HR fitness locations from California to Washington this is by far my favorite. The facilities are top notch and the staff, Jami in particular, are always very nice and welcoming. Best gym in the greater-Tacoma area that I've been to hands down. Keep up the good work!
