Great team to work with! Autumn and Cassidy were very instrumental in assisting us with our home purchase. They were pleasant to work with and they are very knowledgeable with the real estate industry. They worked around the clock for us and had great feedback whenever we had questions. My husband and I recently purchased our first house, located in Willmore, Long Beach. After a bad previous experience with another real estate agency, working with Cassidy and Autumn was more than amazing. Professional from the beginning, we felt very at ease and taken care of with both of them. While Cassidy was the one representing us, Autumn was involved throughout the process and both of them were always available to us whenever we needed immediate response. Cassidy has a no-nonesense kind of a personality - she's there when you need her, has all important information at hand and always gives you an honest opinion without being pushy or influential. I have no doubt she got us the best deal possible.
As a Long Beach local, Cassidy was always quick to give us a breakdown of the neighborhood we were scouting and made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. From figuring out what we were interested in, patiently taking us to the many places we saw before we found our home to walking us through the escrow process, Cassidy was understanding, patient and professional.

It was once the escrow process started that I was most thankful that I was working with her because while all of the other people we were working with would just ask us to Docusign these sometimes 30 page documents full of legal jargon, Cassidy was always willing to walk through it section by section (sometimes multiple times) and explain it in a way that we could understand.

Autumn and Cassidy did a great job for my wife and I. We offered on a house which had 13 other offers. Even though we didnt give the largest offer they were able to get our bid through and we got the house. They helped us every step of the way and answered all our questions promptly. They also have many connections to anyone you might need to help with the home buying process from air conditioner repair to finance. We will happily use them again next time we buy.

In a hot market, I wasn't worried about who could sell my property, I was concerned about the process and making sure I had a professional who cared and paid attention to details. After reading reviews of many realtors and even looking into everything I could find on the internet, I went with my gut and arranged a meeting at the property.
These two met my expectations from the start. They showed up on time, had knowledge of my property before their visit, and convinced me that they were more than just realtors.
