OMG TO FUNNY WENT TO ROSS THIS MORNING AROUND 9 AM AND THEY HAVE ONE WAY IN ONE WAY OUT SO WENT I ONLY PERSON IN LINE SECURITY STOPS ME TALKING ABOUT CROWD CONTROL I LOOK TO MY LEFT AND RIGHT I STARTED LAUGHING LOOK AT PICS TO FUNNY ...I THINK LIKE 10 PEOPLE COUNTING THE STAFF LOL

Always a great place to find great deals. Staff are nice. Shelf is nice and neat.

The store was packed, but the 4 cashiers + the return register did an excellent job, kept the never-ending line moving. Great job ladies, as well as the gentleman who greeted customers as the walked in.

It's usually a good store. Have had a few unwelcoming encounters. First time I was getting a perfume and it got stuck in the box. Cashiers couldn't open it and said nothing they could do. Had to call the manager where she thankfully put it on hold until the next day. Another time I went to buy a shirt and it had a paper ticket, cashier was about to charge me way over the price as she was looking at it on the computer. If I hadn't worked for Ross I would've gotten over charged. It's not a big deal but sucks to see people not helping out their customers. Aside from those two encounters, I love the store and will probably always be coming back.

Evelyn the cashier that assisted me was AMAZING. She was polite and very prompt on assisting me. She also suggested that LED lights I was purchasing were at a really good price. Which led me to purchase an additional unit. She had a great sense of product knowledge. Overall this store has great cashiers. Keep it up.

Really nice place..a lil empty but i can understand, its after the holidays and need to restock..but i got everything i wanted..and will return soon.

Very well organized and clean Ross store. I went in to buy flannel sheets for my queen sized bed. I found the entire linen section so organized and clean. I had no problem finding flannel sheets as well as a few towels. This Ross store is recommended. 👍🏽

So many chothes to choose from,short check out ,friendly prople

During dinner last night My girlfriend mentioned she needed a raincoat / windbreaker and not a yellow one. I just kind of jokingly said I'll pick you one up tomorrow. Not really thinking about it I was reminded by a huge Ross sign as I was running some errands. Made a quick stop and found a London Fog coat that was absolutely perfect for less than 1/2 the original price. It was the only one in the store so I bagged it,after paying for it of course. I got home and walked in the house with the Ross bag she said "out doing some shopping huh" I open the bag and she was quite surprised and tickled by its contents. This at-bat was definitely a plus for my batting average.

Store is big and has lots of great goodies

I love the people that work here! They are always happy and willing to help. Not to mention the selection of affordable baby cloths and toys for new mom's like me. I very much enjoy coming here to shop.

Good place for buy your clothes

Great place to go for clothes at an affordable rate. Always clean and polite service. Good to see hiring of local community members employing locals and promoting growth within the community. Big company, equal employment.

This location is the Disneyland of the Long Beach Ross chain. They don't play. $hit is legit and stocked to the max. Plus, they got like 100 cashiers. You get in and you get out.

Rating a 5 based solely on the merchandise I Purchased. However I felt singled out by multiple loss prevention personnel as one inconspicuously appeared to chaperone me through the men's section almost to the cashier( when he probably thought I was going for the door 😂). I wished he was a bit better at his job as to avoid making customers feel uncomfortable. Glad loss prevention isn't armed with much more then a headset.

You can definitely find good deals on clothes, but small items like toiletries bags or similar, hard to find, not always in one place. Other than the store being disorganized, great first place to try and get some good clothes cheap. Lots of people though, especially on weekends so be prepared to wait a bit to pay.
