I am a regular at this particular store that's the day I walked in there to purchase my free chocolate croissant the lady Karle at the counter was a very rude from the beginning when I asked her where the croissants were located she acted as if she did not want to help me and then when I came back to the register to actually let her scan my barcode she couldn't figure out how to scan the barcode and told me that I was stealing the croissant when I actually purchased a free pack of cookies and I also won on the scratch app. She then threatened me and asked me if I wanted to step outside, that's when another employee Mahlid stepped in and told her to be quiet. He was very nice and professional. I do not believe that Karla should be working around people if she doesn't have a positive attitude. She makes the customers feel bad.
