Anne Marie was recommended to me by my previous neighbor. My previous renter walked away and left everything he owned. We have known Anne Marie for almost 20 yrs (dating myself) and I met her initially for the purchase of a condo. Since then she has helped me sell and purchase several homes as my family grew. She also helped my parents do the same for their own residential needs. There are many examples of how much she helped our family grow through business and friendship. The most key example was when my wife was pregnant with our second child and we were trying to sell a second residence in Palm Springs. Just days from my wife going into labor, Anne Marie sold/removed ALL the house furnishings and sold the house (for great profit) on her own. Took care of all of it. I was able to attend to my family and the upcoming baby birth and never had to leave my house during this crucial time. Obviously, a unique set of circumstances but, as you can see, we cherish and value her skills and judgment.

I would give Anne Marie 12 stars if I could. Anne Marie was referred by a friend and I cannot say enough great things about her. I was super nervous as a 1st time home (condo) buyer, especially because I bought during the pandemic and everything was done remotely. Anne Marie was super patient in explaining everything to me (did I mention I'm a total nervous nelly!!??) and held my hand through the whole process. I have referred her to several friends and can't say enough about how great she is to work with. She is super personable and knows the ins and outs of the market, but you don't feel like she's talking over your head. Even after a year from the close on my purchase, I can still call/text her with a question and she is super prompt to hop on a call and answer any Qs. She is top notch!

Anne Marie Reggie is the hardest worker in the real estate business! I have had other realtors that sit back and do nothing other than schedule visits for the properties that you find on other realtor sites.
