Dr. Pamela Stitt did not do due diligence in diagnosing my mother. My mom went to Dr. Stitt in April 2019. Dr. Stitt ordered a CT Scan. When we went to get the results, Dr. Stitt said that she had no cancer. Early this year, we kept taking my mom back to get help because she had lost a lot of weight and was really tired. Dr. Stitt said it was anemia. I then begged her to do something and she saw my mom again and Dr. Stitt said she was the healthiest 71 year old she knew. Two weeks later my mom was rushed to emergency and cancer was found. After pulling all of my mom's reports and sending them to other doctors in the Kaiser network, they all said that the cancer was there and obvious. When I read the report, the radiologist encouraged Dr. Stitt to get an MRI on my mom. None of it was done. We didn't even know she had masses. Nothing was biopsied. I don't even think Dr Stitt read the report. I spoke with Dr. Stitt and she said that when she saw the CT Scan it looked benign and that she was so confident in my mom's health that she was sure it wasn't cancer.This doctor is not thorough and a lot of grief has happened unnecessarily due to her negligence.
