Recently moved to the neighborhood and wanted a walkable pharmacy. Ann was incredibly kind and helpful! My prescription was filled quickly and they answered all of my questions. Small “mom & pop” vibe but definitely gets the job done!

They called me in the morning and said they will fill up the prescription but when I went there to pick up, they didn’t have any of the medications in stock. They asked me to call cvs to get prescription transferred which took me 30 minutes to be on the phone waiting. Why did they say they will fill up the prescriptions on the phone in the first place? What a waste of time!

The CVS pharmacist called me and said that the Imperial pharmacist refuses to transfer the prescription to them...

I called to see if they had a medicine in stock and he yelled NO and hung up on me. Very cool.

Very rude grumpy old man. Shelves are empty and the store looks like it’s not been updated since 1979. He seems a little too forgetful and probably time he retires
