Absolutely disappointed with this agent !!!!!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. My uncle recently went with this broker named Isaac Moreno who’s business goes by Jesus Grace insurance and he simply requested to add a driver onto our policy and that was it. The agent Isaac decided to not only add the driver but to make all kinds of changes onto our account he highered the bodily injury coverage on all cars without my uncles consent!! Which raised our insurance price dramatically. I called him right away and asked why that change was made he said he didn’t know why or how those changes were made. After contacting Infinity directly they explained what changes were made and assured me the changes were made from his store. Isaac had me going back and forth until he finally admitted he made the changes and finally fixed it !! Also he charges 80-100 to make any changes when over the phone it’s only 5 dollars !!!! Save yourself some time and headache and just contact infinity directly.
