I consider myself one lucky person to have Eva Lee helping me did a 1031 exchange this year. I sold my rental at Concord, CA in March and bought a rental property in April at Temple City. Eva helped me went through all the steps with her enormous patience and professional expertise. I felt so relaxed and relieved to get the perfect results. Also with her help, I got a two years lease from the tenants in mid May.
Again in May, I asked Eva Lee helping me to buy a house for myself. We closed escrow at the end of June, after we did some remodeling, moved in August. Again, she also leased out my son's condo in August.
All throughout the buying process, there were many bumps along the way, but the greatest Eva Lee was able to find ways to resolve the problems.

Eva is a true professional. My husband and I first met her when we were looking to rent an apartment. In this day of Housing and business, it’s so refreshing to find someone so endearing and caring.
I had been looking for housing for 6months. As you know it was very difficult. Due to redlining and economic challenges, many people have found themselves in the same difficulties. Many people I have known and spoke with have given up or left the state completely. I was one of the fortune ones to have met Eva Lee.
As I was going about my daily search of looking for housing, driving, and checking the neighborhood, I ran across a property that presented itself as a possibility.
