As a first time buyer at Enterprise Car Sales, I was really happy throughout the whole process. Graeme & Briana made the process easy and guided me step by step. I was also impressed with their outstanding customer service and patience! I also do want go give a shout out to their service agent (Andres) for helping me uninstall my speaker and amp, he help me save a couple hours for sure. My car got totaled and we happened to get a rental from Enterprise through my insurance. I didn't know they had car sales and expressed interest. Chris outreached to me that same day and encouraged us to come in. The following weekend we did come by and ended up working with Julz, who allowed us to test drive few cars. We actually found an SUV that worked for us but had not gotten our money from the insurance yet. Matt and Tom were also involved and the team was able to work with us on being able to leave with a new car that same day. Getting the money from the insurance for the down payment took forever but their team and corporate office were very patient and understanding. I have to say that the team at this office went above and beyond. I would definitely use Enterprise Car Sales again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Having just moved into the area after being overseas, my wife and I were not confident in finding a reliable and trustworthy new vehicle... That is until we were referred here.

The service :
Not only did we find the car best suited for us and at a reasonable price, but any questions we had (we had many) were answered accurately. The sales consultant, Briana Roman, helped us all the way through, was patient, and had the best intentions for us from the moment we walked in and until we drove the car off the lot.

The cars :
Granted, we only looked at couple cars but from what we could see, all cars were well maintained, carfax readily available, and all other pertinent information regarding the vehicles were disclosed in an honest and transparent manner.

The employees :
As mentioned before, Briana was of tremendous help, very personable, informative, and genuine while the manager, Matt, was welcoming, authentic, and reliable.
Both went above and beyond with assisting with our car buying needs.

The cons :
Really nitpicking here because there is nothing to complain about however if you have AT&T and need to make a phone call, be ready to step outside to make any phone calls lol.

TLDR - Service good. Employees good. Cars good.

I just wanted to publicize the magnificent experience I had with the Enterprise family in Lakewood. Tom, Matt, Q, Graeme, and Briana all supported me throughout the purchase and kept me up to date with whatever changes that occurred. Everything was explained in detail and there was no sign of deception or trying to get the customer to accept extra gratuitous charges. They were exceptionally professional and I would come to them again for a future buy or recommend my friends and family to do business here. Very thankful and happy with my current purchase!

Briana was the most wonderful sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was very understanding about my indecision, respectful of my preferences and has no issues accommodating me when looking at vehicles :) definitely a hassle free, friendly, and respectful establishment- even for those with low budgets. 10/10, would buy a car from Enterprise- especially Briana- again.

I would love to give Julz and everyone who helped a 5 star! Everyone was knowledgeable and personable, which made for a great environment. The prices and all the cars(not just the one I bought) are amazing! Can’t beat it.

Julz Bunty was such a great help to me I walked in to the dealership not sure what my options were I was looking to get a reliable Toyota she helped explain all my options went through the numbers gave me a lot of information, she was very patient with me and took her time until I finally made my decision and picked the car that worked for my budget and my needs. I got a Toyota Corolla 2021 I am very happy for the help. 100% recommend.

I was shopping for a company car for my new business, Senior Helpers South Tacoma. I knew what car I wanted, and after a week of going to dealerships only to have the car sold by the time I got there, overpriced, poor condition, etc., I drive passed Enterprise Car Sales and purchased the car I wanted, for a fair price. I can’t say enough about the service I received from Matt, Graham and Brie. They understand time is valuable and work with you efficiently and friendly to get you what you need.
I will 100% be back to buy the next car(s) I need for business and personal use.
