Overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. The Vet wasn't judgemental and just spoke to me about my Jude's situation. I didn't like judgemental doctors who do not know your personal situation with your fur babies and your financial situations that prevent you from getting regular check ups and medical care for them. I was directed to take my Jude to a hospital ASAP and I did where she was put to rest and in heaven now 🖤🥹

It is our first visit. The office is nice & clean. It is very welcoming. The staffs are very friendly. The service is great. Doctor takes care of my dog very well. They explain very well on my dog situation. My dog stomach issue has improved. Thank you Thrive team

Everyone here is always so nice. They always take great care with our 2 dogs. Sometimes, you may need to wait a bit, but if someone else's pet is worse off than ours, then that's just what happens. I have taken two cats to Thrive. One for urgent care for Toby for an infection, and one to end the suffering of Bart, who was too ill to save. The team there are wonderful. Very kind, patient, attentive and they took care of both cats very well. I trust my pets to get excellent care here, without the price gouging or trying to take money for unncessary treatment. I am so grateful Thrive Pet Healthcare is avialable.! They truly care about animals, and your pet!

In addition to an exam for double ear infection, they offered a medicated ear cleaning which my usual vet office didn't have/offer. All the techs were very friendly and sweet where my dog actually came back to me looking happier.

We adopted a kitten from a shelter most recently. I was concerned about her weight and overall health. I called and they saw me right away. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The physician was great. She explained and thoroughly checked our kitten Sally. She gave us resources for kitten health. She called us within a few days for the results and to check on her. 💯😍

They were able to give me a same day appointment. Apparently one generally has to book several weeks in advance or go to an emergency clinic which is VERY expensive. The staff was caring and supportive. Price was good considering it is an urgent care clinic.

My cat’s regular vet was unable to see him today, so they referred me here. Exceptional experience from the front desk to the veterinarian Dr. Schneider. They took great care of my little Oliver. Highly recommend.

Great place to go when your furbaby is in need of a emergency Vet. Called earlier in the day and the girl on the phone was very curtious and caring. Called again a few hours later and was able to make a appointment and have my dog taken care of. Can not Thank them enough. 5 Stars Plus!!!

I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care! There was a longer than expected wait time due to a few emergency cases, however this team was worth the wait, and even accommodated my same day appointment! Despite dealing with a few emergency cases that day, the staff's professionalism and commitment to the well-being of every pet was uncompromised. Although my concerns for my dog were non-critical, they treated my dog and me with a high degree of care and attention, making me feel welcome and ensuring I left with peace of mind. Their ability to balance emergency cases with non-emergencies while maintaining exceptional care is a testament to their expertise and dedication. The doctor was thorough in explaining his findings and took time to consider my concerns and answer my questions. If I could give this team a 10/10 I would! But definitely a 5-Star recommendation. :)

I called this place after calling and going couple places for my cat, they accepted and took care of our little emergency situation. I’m just thankful that they took care of an animal in pain same day.

These wonderful people saved my dogs life today! He found some gum on the street while out on a walk. When he got home he started vomiting and having neurological problems. Apparently the gum had xylitol in it which is poisonous to dogs. I called my vet and they couldn't see him so I rushed him to Thrive. Dr. Carroll and the entire staff flew into action. Dr. Carroll literally climbed into the back of my car and gave him something to stop the seizures, along with starting an IV. They got a gurney and took him inside where they were able to stabilize him so I could transport him to Access for 24 hour care. I will be forever grateful for their quick actions and tender care.

Had a great experience here. Took my 3 year old Orange Tabby here after his leg was bitten by another cat? And was also swollen. They treated him and were very upfront with the costs. They were also super friendly and were able to see him right away. When I arrived it was not crowded and we did not wait long. Cost ended up being $750 for care but that included pain meds, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, sedatives, wound cleaning, a cone, shaving of the wound, etc., plus they did a few other things that he needed. This would probably been a couple hundred less at a traditional vet but my vet was booking out 2 weeks. And I think they cost less than some regular vets. I will use again if needed.
