Best Buy

Went into the store looking for a new iPhone because mine had stopped working. Was greeted by a person who directed me towards a sales rep named Jimmy! He talked to me about the different options available in terms of phones and helped me transfer over all of stuff from the other phone. He was VERY friendly and knowledgeable in the field and can’t thank him enough! Thank you Jimmy for the awesome customer service and going above and beyond to help me out!

I've been wanting to upgrade my TV and audio system and went to Best Buy to ask what I should buy. I was greeted by a very upbeat and knowledgeable person. He walked me through all my options for tv, receiver, and speakers. The store has great displays, so I could see all my tv options live and compare them side by side. Now I have a great system that will last me for many years. I might never have to go to a movie theater again. Talk to JT when you go there.

After having a horrible experience with the call center in India, I decided to go down in person. I was helped by Paul in the phone department and he was amazing! He understood exactly what I was looking for and got me out of there with what I needed. I would definitely recommend this location, everyone was super helpful and friendly. I would, however, absolutely not recommend calling the call center.

Best buy is always a good place to ship for electronics, and this location doesn't disappoint either. I was surprised to see fitness equipment at this location than at some other locations. I win definitely visit again.

Great service went to get new headphones. The lady had to check the back for the color i wanted. luckily had the blue ...Bose yay feel bad it took a few minutes but appreciate the patience.

Ran in there because my 15 yr old TV finally gave out, so picked up a new one in time for the playoffs. In and out of there in about 30 mins.

Way too big of a store, but being able to order and pay online and pickup in store is a huge plus.

We had a great experience at Best Buy today. The HP guy in the lap top area was super helpful and got us a great deal on a new HP laptop.

I have to give a special shout out to Michael who works in the Geek Squad area. He was soooo incredibly nice. This store is lucky to have a gem of an employee who gives exceptional customer service. Everyone else who was on shift tonight was also very nice & friendly. Great store! Thank you Best Buy!
