As a first time car owner I was incredibly suspicious and skeptical when searching for an agent. I thought everyone was going to try to rip me off. I came across Karla through a referral and it was never a choice after meeting her. She makes you feel extremely comfortable, she doesn't push things that you she feels won't be of benefit to you and she tries to give you the best deal she can. As a young driver we all know we get the short end of the insurance stick with high prices because of inexperience. She was able to find me the student discount with a full coverage policy. She has now insured me with my first beat up death trap and helped me with insuring my new wheels. She makes it an easy decision with her demeanor and her expertise. And if you're in an accident or if someone hits your parked car...she's always there. She makes phone calls and helps you through the process which was incredibly helpful when I got into my first accident; I was a bucket of nerves but there is nobody better to have on your side than her. Karla is like a Fairy God-insurance agent. If you're in the market looking for someone who actually cares...call Karla..seriously call her NOW.

After purchasing my second vehicle, I was sure I was going to do my due diligence in finding an insurance broker right for me. I live in the San Fernando Valley, and I am thankful of finding Karla the way i did. After having spoken to her over the phone, i wasn't completely sold. I had a lot of questions. It was only right for me to pursue the best candidate possible to help me and my family, with not only car insurance, but life and home as well. Absolutely the best agent I've ever had. La mejor! Ella siempre tiene los clientes como prioridad. I have been able to count on her from day one...she looks for the best policy at the best price for everyone. She helped me with any questions I had regarding coverage and helped me change anything I didn't agree with. She was also very helpful in helping me get excellent coverage when my children got their first cars and needed it. She is very knowledgable and she looked for student discounts and good driver discounts to help my children get a lower rate but the same amount of coverage. Overall she cares first about helping her customers get the best they can at the rate they can and she is incredibly honest of something may not be benficial to you.
