Before meeting Brett I had filed for chapter 13 with another firm. Brett became aware of my case through a real estate transaction that his firm was working on due to my wife’s partial ownership in the property. When I needed a specialized lawyer, I asked a different lawyer for the best in the field and I was given a name of a lawyer who was awesome in every way and so I paid him up front after consultation. That's when I met Jenn Odom, his paralegal. Jenn was very professional, knowledgeable, yet so down to earth and very helpful as well.

My lawyer retired soon thereafter and my case was taken over by Brett Wittner and Jenn Odom joined him. They spent 3+ more years on my case and Brett Wittner not only did an outstanding job, but he also never asked me for an additional dime even though I wasn't his original client and he wasn't getting paid for it. Talk about ethics.... Wow! That impressed me. We filed a chapter 13 with Brett. Brett was great and did all of the leg work for us. We ended up drawing a random audit of our case and had a ton of problems we had to address. Brett walked us through all of it and was super helpful and guiding us to gather the documents to complete the audit. We ended up with a clean audit which was great. He spent a lot of extra time helping us and did not charge extra. He always responded quickly to emails or calls answering our questions thoroughly. Within 3 months of moving into my first home in an HOA community I found myself needing a lawyer regarding the planting of trees in my backyard. After countless consults I landed at Morton McGoldrick and was paired with Daniel K. Walker.
