This location is so organized and quick! The most efficient gov location I’ve seen. Incredibly helpful with what they know and can do. Shoutout to Crystal for sorting out an issue my wife and I had with processing our marriage license. After we exited the building, Crystal was a real one and called my phone for us to come back. She SAVED the day by giving us the forms and info we need to know to rectify the problem right there that day instead of us having to wait for it by mail. My wife and I are so thankful!

We made an appointment on a Thursday morning and arrived 20 minutes early. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! It looked like they were also accepting walk-ins too. It wasn't busy so we were in and out in like 10 minutes.

I was in and out in 6 min. I applied online & took a screenshot of my comfirmation # you go in to the main office and there is a woman that asks u how she can help you. I told her i was there for my birth certificate and u sing in with a touch screen its easy just asks for name, last name, birth. Then u go outside and make line which the online line is always empty. Went i side and payed 28$ plus debit fee came out to 29 with change... all you need is 30$ and ID.

Filled out form online night before to get birth certificate. Arrived at the office at 7:50. Signed in at the main office and then waited in line until 8:30. I was first in line so I was out of there three minutes later.

There is no traffic there coming from downtown. The west gate opens first.

Was quick and easy. I brought extra forms just in case and didn't have to use them.

Tip: sign in at the main office before waiting in line also fill out form online to save time. I came on Tuesday at 1:45 everything took about 36 mins from line to getting my birth certificate on the spot since I'm not as old as the cry baby above who missed her Mexico trip because she waited till the last minute. If you call ahead their automated service gives you all the info you need. So do yourself a favor and do some research before you go to a gov office, seems like common sense but seems like that's not an option for some people.

Easy online application for birth certificate copy. I filed my application online, same day I went to pick up at this location. There was about 30 people waiting in line. They have a separate window for those who file online, not a single person waiting. There is a $28 fee for each copy of the birth certificate. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Quick and easy. Thanks.

Love this place! Been here a couple of times. Always fast, never have I waited more than 15 min, Process as a walk in is super easy, if you sign in online it’s even faster. Super convenient, quick, clean, no delays. Staff was great. Thanks!

I was in and out within 5 minutes for my birth certificate. Definitely recommend filling out the online application first before going because it’ll save you time. The staff was also friendly in helping me out since it was my first time there.

Sign in at the "main office" even though it doesn't say registrar on it. Be sure to fill out the form online because that will get you in the shorter line. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Bring a book and some water especially when it's hot.

Easy to find and quick service. The staff is very helpful. I did go around 9 am on Monday. It took me 15 mins and there was shade while you wait outside. Thank you for being helpful!

I did the application on line was great. I was there for about 5 minutes it would have taken longer if I wouldn't have done it on line. There was a very long line, for those who don't do the application before..

Friendly service and professional attitudes is what I experienced. Alot of negativity comes from those who want help and stand in line. Rome wasn't built in a day.

I pre-registered online and went in the morning to get my birth certificate and was in and out in five minutes. There's a parking lot on site.
