Please don't waste your time get here, make an appointment at home, schadule after 20 days, it's a terrible wait time.

THE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ESTHER, HAS A HIGH TEMPERAMENT, DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CONTROL HERSELF. BAD ATTITUDE, HORRIBLE TONE OF VOICE. DEFINITELY DOES NOT KNOW THE DEFINITION OF AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible service, staff was unbelievably rude. I was supposed to receive a marriage certificate in 6 to 8 weeks. It’s been 11 weeks and nothing yet, they also cannot tell me what happened.

Lamentable pésimo servicio que brinda está institución ya que el día de hoy para realizar un trámite te tienen en espera 3 horas porque a los señores de le da la idea de tener sólo dos personas en ventanilla, es desesperante que siendo un país tan desarollado se tenga un pésimo servicio en esta oficina. Deberían de contar con más personal ya que para realizar un trámite se tardan 3 horas en atender cada caso

No vayan a este lugar tiene letrero de habierto pero siempre esta cerrado. Dice que solo cierran los miercoles. Y toda la semana esta cerrado.
