I don't know much about insurance and I didn't know anything about Public Adjusters. After a bad fire in Southern California, when GA Public Adjusters came to my door about a smoke damage claim, I was afraid this might be a scam.
But absolutely not! They filed my insurance claim for me and got me money I was entitled for. Insurance companies business model is to not pay claims. These guys make sure they have to get you what is due. If you don't win your claim, they don't take a cent so it's 100% risk free.
You can go ahead and work with them, they are legit and super professional.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. After the fire I had so many people contact me to "help" they all acted like salesman and they just didn't give me a good vibe. However when Christina came to my door and started to talk to me I felt comfortable. She listened to everything I had to say and was compassionate and caring. From start to finish both Geoff and Chrisina were amazing. If I could give more stars I definitely would. I have recommended them now to my neighbors as well as friends that were affected by the Fairview fire.

G. A. Public Adjusters was the answer to my prayers after my rental house burned. I had thought I could deal with the insurance process myself, but the insurance company devoted itself to endless time consuming delay in order to avoid doing much of the needed work. Geoff at G. A. Public Adjusters took over dealing with the insurance company and turned the process completely around. The insurance company agreed to do all the needed work correctly, while Geoff handled the process that for me had been like a full time job. If you have the misfortune of a fire, you really need to call him.

I would recommend this company to anyone that needs assistance with their insurance claims. We had severe water damage and the insurance company fought us all the way! Thank goodness for Geoff & Kassie from GA Adjusters. They fought for us all the way. There is no way I could have spent the time and effort that they did in securing my claim. The insurance company switched our hotel rooms every few days, tried to deny claims, but thanks to these two individuals, my home restoration will begin next week. They got our claim paid out and still are helping with the our temporary housing, as well as our other needs. If you don't have 3 or 4 hours a day to argue with your insurance company, give them a call, they will handle everything for you!
