Andrew was very easy to work with. I asked if they would install customer-provided parts and he confirmed. Set appointment, dropped off car Mon night, they stored my vehicle in their "cage" for security, had the job done by early afternoon the next day. One of the easiest repairs I've had done on any car.

Awesome, honest, and a good shop that I just found out recently.

Now I am not a mechanic or expert compared to any automotive shop folks. But I know moderately about parts, how things work, and some basic modifications etc. I needed to find a shop that will take care of a broken AC suction line, and these folks are the go to place now. Even though the part didn't work out, they kept the pricing and promises fair. Even though there are shops around, I tend to establish a trust between those that are honest yet knowledgeable. Thanks you guys!

Took the car in for diagnosis, one they didn't charge me and two instead of just doing the work let me know it wouldn't be worth it due to other issues saving me a huge headache down the road... Fantastic customer service.

I needed a radiator, I went to a couple of places, and it was too costly for me. I went online and found this place. They put in a brand new radiator at a reasonable price and the people were very nice. I am satisfied I would recommend them to anybody.

These guys have helped me a couple times now. I had some bushings pressed into my control rods for my hot rod here (when I was turned away by 6 other shops).

More recently my car died in the road. Alternator kaput. Had it towed here on the fly and they dealt with the issue quickly and kept me informed. Even offered to drop off the car locally at our house when the time ran a lil longer than initially anticipated. These guys rock. Great service at a good cost.

Recommend highly. My VW Tiguan was sick check engine light came on / she was not running well at all. I knew what the issue was intake/manifold ugh. Took it to the VW dealer I had a horrible experience.
I needed help with my car I went on line where you find all the answers. I was looking for a place that had experience with VW.
Found ‘em and now I will not let them go - intake/manifold, position sensor, steering sensor, water pump, and oil change all new fluids. So with taxes that was almost 3K but they work with my warranty company and I paid 969
For all that work I was happy and will definitely be sharing this experience

Hands-down the best customer service! great service and they make you feel welcome. I made a cold call on Tuesday morning to get my radiator fixed in my F550 not a common vehicle. I got my vehicle back by Thursday afternoon all fixed and shiny. There were a lot of garages that couldn’t even get me in for three weeks. Thank you for the great work!

The incredible reviews this place gets are justified! I’ve not had a better experience with an auto shop. Super friendly staff who made it super easy to leave our vehicle for repair. They kept in contact throughout the process and wrapped up the fix to our vehicle way faster than we were expecting. Just a great experience all around. Fair price, easy to make an appointment and a pleasure to do business with. Will be bringing both our vehicles here for future work!

I cannot say enough good about this repair shop. They do amazing work, they are efficient and can typically get you scheduled immediately, prices are very competitive, and they give you an honest diagnosis of what you need, vs want they would "like for you to do". Top all of this off with the fact that they are the utmost professionals combined with small town friendliness, makes my decision to use them for all of my automotive needs simple.

Brought my older Jeep project in to get the clutch, flywheel and throw-out bearing replaced. They did a great job and are extremely good to work with.

Federal way Automotive always does an amazing job on my vehicle. They go above and beyond to make sure my SUV is done with in a reasonable amount of time (usually 24-48 hours from the time I drop it off). They always listen to all of my concerns and have reasonable pricing. Tracy the receptionist always make sure to answer all of my questions and has great customer service. They actually fix the problem and don't "bandage" the problem.

I had come in to have the Check Engine light that came on and was feeling stressed that I won't get a chance to find out the problem. They did just that in no time. Unfortunately, they didn't have the equipment to reconfigure my vehicle's computer and even printed out the diagnostic summary and guidelines from Nissan. Yet it made me feel much better. I had to get it fixed at the dealership, since this was something that a dealership had the means to do and it was a flaw from Nissan. It was years previously that I first went to this shop and they helped fix an emissions problem in no time. Federal Way Automotive and Radiator lives by their standards of honesty and integrity and as a result, I will definately return to them for other car needs in the future. If you do need to have your car repaired here, be rest assured even if you have to pay a higher price, it will be of quality and honest work. Thank you for being in and serving the community. I’ve had my cars serviced there twice now. Once for an engine light issue and most recently for bad coils on my daughters car. I feel that Ron and Tracy are honest, straightforward people who truly value all of their customers. Not only do they do exceptional work but, they guarantee the work and go above and beyond for us. I will happily take my car here in the future for any work needed as I know they are trustworthy and do great work. Not to mention you are treated like family when you walk in the door. It’s always a welcoming, warm and friendly atmosphere.
