I bought a backup video camera for my van recently at Pacific Stereo. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me pick out a good device. When I had questions later after install they were good about answering. I recommend them.

This place isn’t just close to home for me but they are super affordable and know exactly what they are doing. Love that it is family owned. I have come here for a radio install and for my alarm system to be fixed. I was in and out super quick and didn’t break the bank. Stop going to Best Buy for radio installs this place will not just save you money but time as well. Highly recommend. Oh they work on classic cars too like my 66 Mustang.

My one stop shop for tint, rims, and sound systems they truly are the best at what they do. They carry the best products that includes 1 year warranty and lifetime on labor I’ve been coming here for years and never had any issues for that reason I’ve sent them multiple referrals and I really appreciate the work they do highly recommend checking them out

I brought my yellow C5 Corvette here end of last year. Everything still works perfectly! I still have my receipt for lifetime warranty! I financed everything through SNAP Finance. They have a program where you can pay it monthly, 3 months and no interest after 3 months Snap will charge you interest. I got new 4 tires, a double din stereo, alpine sub woofer, alpine speakers, back up camera, and a aftermarket double din center console. (they gave me a discount) I walked in with a budget of $500 but they were glad to help and give me discounts to get what I wanted. Walk out with about $2,000 worth of things not including labor costs. I drop a couple bands for sure lol 😆 I’m pretty spoiled so the work took all day while I sat on my phone and watched their TV. When I went to get food and came back they had my car park in front of the store admiring it. It’s a really classic car and they treated my baby with respect and were really nice. I had an issue the day after my turn light wasn’t working and they gladly fixed it with no charge. Will come again this year for more upgrades since it’s a classic car and I need to “modernize” it a bit more to my taste. I highly recommend these guys! They also got rims and tires!

I have been coming to pacific audio for years now . Came in to get my 2006 gmc sierra lifted . Got a 7 inch rough country suspension lift kit for the same price as a 6 inch that was on special and some nice 2o inch fuel rims with 35 inch off-road tires. Rick the manager was great and walked me thru the whole process and was very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal ! Great customer service and I’ll definitely be back for more . I went to multiple shops and got quoted almost double the price for the same product but for a 6 inch lift and didn’t even mention that the 7 inch was on special . Rick guaranteed me that he would give me the best price possible and he did . Next I’m coming back for my audio system. THANK YOU RICK !

These guys are my go to place for anything auto related. I highly recommend checking them out before going anywhere else because they really do excellent work unlike some other spots that just want your money. The prices are always fair here and they take care of their customers. The quality and service is unmatched. I get all my cars done here and I don’t plan on ever going anywhere else.

I came in about two months ago to get a dash cam installed in my car. I drive a Subaru Br-Z and they were able to install it without having any wires hanging out. The dash cam since has been working great.

The turn around time ways only a half a day. The service was great and they were able to give me a fair price.

ALSO, I had broken my front lip awhile back. I had it in my trunk and was looking for someone to install it. Even though they do not focus on this type of installation, I asked if they were able to do it. They checked out my car and were able to install it. This saved me a huge headache of finding another place.

Overall, very pleased with their service.

Love the store great customer service. The owner is kind and understands what you need and what you want in your car. He will advise you to get a better choice in your car if you choose to. That means he will advise you to get a better manufacturer that will last you a long long time. When I did what he recommended I spent less what I expected to spend, way way less.

Used Pacific Audio on several different occasions. They tinted 3 cars for me. 2004 Mitsubishi Galant, 2004 BMW 325i, and a 1966 Ford Mustang. Amazing customer service and amazing quality each and every time. Communication was top notch throughout the whole process.

On the 1966 Ford Mustang they installed a full Alpine Type R sound system for me. Was done quick and came out very professional. Never had an issue since the day it was installed.

Will 1000% come back for anything else I need in the future.

Came here after being treated horribly at stereo 2 go off cherry and south. Super rude people, horrible customer service. Don’t have a business if you’re going to talk to people like that and not listen to anything they have to say.

Came here to pacific audio and they where able to take care of the problem. They where very kind and friendly. The owner was kind enough to allow my mom to change the tv to her Spanish program while we waited for the radio to get worked on. Also they didn’t turn us away right away as we walked through the door.

These guys were great!! As a woman I'm a little hesitant going for repairs alone, but I must says they were really nice, professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.
