I don't usually write reviews but this place is great. The customer services is truly great. I highly recommend anyone in need of supplies to come here. They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My first visit was after my dad had a colostomy bag placed. The hospital did not give us any sort of training or information on how to care for that. A few days later my dad's skin was irritated so badly we went to the ER and they were even less helpful. Out of desperation, I found this store. I explained the situation and the person that I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I purchased the products he suggested and applied exactly as directed; that was honestly more helpful than the info given to us at the when he was discharged or at the ER. His assistance helped us heal my dad and he didn't have any issues with that again. My second visit here was just yesterday, Alfredo was so kind and patient with my grams as she looked for a new wheelchair and recliner chair. He spent so much time explaining and showing her products that would help her as she is wheelchair bound. Truly great customer service, he didn't have to spend so much time with her but he did and she went home very happy with her purchases. Thank you all so much!

I have gone to this store several times for my post-office needs. Each time I received great service that was fast and efficient. Today I walked in 2 minutes before closing and still received great overall service no different than I would have if I walked in 4 hours before closing. A woman named Chu took her time helping me select the right box for my item to be shipped and patiently walked me through the process. It was actually a much easier trip than going to the post office. I will continue to use them for all of my post office needs.

Staff at this place is friendly and helpful. The satellite post office is super convenient with a much much shorter wait. I've sent out small packages and purchased stamps here. I also grabbed vitamins and cold meds... prices were comparable or better than chain pharmacies.

Chie was so helpful. I needed something to get sent out same day and it was 5:00 PM when I realized. By then, all post offices were closed. Thankfully Johns was still open and they were able to accept my package at 5:30.

Chie was so helpful. She made sure my package was packaged correctly and she caught a mistake in the address which I made. Her service was very fast and she was so polite. This will be the only post office I go to for now on. Wow what a hidden gem. Thank you so much. I was having a hard day and you made me feel better. Sometimes a nice act can really help someone in their day.

I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service at John’s. I live in another state and needed help purchasing and shipping the mobility bed. Mike was informative, friendly, understanding and very quick. He had all the information and shipping handling by the following day. Thanks Mike!

Amazing customer service with the postal service. Chi I believe is her name, was beyond helpful and suggested some cost savings way for me to send my packages. If I lived in the area, I would go back over and over again.

I just visited for the first time and had the most amazing customer service from Chie. She was so kind and caring and professional! The best experience and best of all, no lines!

I came to get my vaccine shot and everyone was so nice. They helped calm my nerves. It was a very quick and easy process. It’s a big pharmacy, well stocked, and very clean. I will now be using them for any of my pharmacy needs.

Such a nice staff here and lots of items for medical conditions. Even wheelchairs and scooters. It’s large and airy and stocked. Used to be victors flowers 🌺 back in high school days. You can tell the employees are sincere.

Lakewoods best kept postal hotspot! They’re super nice and have everything I needed from notary to priority…don’t sleep on them & say hey to Chi while ur there!!

Incredible customer service. Wide variety of medical equipment. Reasonable pricing. Staff and management are very knowledgeable and friendly. I've shopped here several times as well as ordered specialty items. Staff was willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs and was open to suggestions and things I shared with them. Very highly recommended.
