The Smile Studio

I've going to The Smile Studio for several years now. Every time I go there everyone is so nice and friendly everyone has a positive attitude and my dentist is so nice and very professional and she always explains what's she's doing before she starts. I have bad experience with other dentist but The Smile Studio makes you feel welcome.

Smile Studio is one of the best Dental facility I have experience over many years. All personnel’s are very friendly and professional people. They are like family, cause they take pride in their work and sincerely care about each patient.

I have been a patient at The Smile Studio for a year. I was in search of patronizing a Black dentist/office and I love the swiftness, professionalism & cleanliness of this establishment. I recommend that you check them out!! Quality care is there!!

Such a warm and supportive environment. The staff smiles and make sure your comfortable. They readily address your concerns and you needs. They have all the new equipment. Everyone is highly skilled in their fields. The studio is impeccably clean , bright, spacious and modern. I have referred many of my coworkers who said they were afraid of dentists but now are patients there. I have been going here for years! The staff are wonderful and give a personal touch. They are gentle and keep your smile healthy. The doctors are great and always friendly and professional. They give you everything you need to keep you feeling and looking great! Super clean and comfortable and top notch technology.

I love this dentist office! They make you feel extremely comfortable, and show you that they care by the way they work and check up on you after. The dentist Dr. Thomas and her assistants are very patient and gentle. They are excellent, I've had a lot of work done and every time the procedures have went great and been virtually pain free. The receptionist (Irina) is warm and welcoming. She always keeps me informed with the process, status and cost of my procedures so there is no surprises. I am beyond grateful that I found this dentist office, they have been a blessing to me.

Phenomenal!! If I could give The Smile Studio 10 stars, I would. I experienced amazing service before I even stepped foot in the door. This is a very busy location but they went above and beyond to accommodate me on short notice. When i arrived for my appointment, I was treated like a welcome family member. And the cleaning was THE BEST I’ve ever received. I just found my new dentist!!

First time visiting and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff was extremely, professional and knowledgable. I got an X-Ray and my teeth cleaned - one of the best cleanings I've received. The dentist answered all questions I had, gave actual recommendations and didn't seem like she was just trying to take my money. An amazing experience from start to finish.

Dr. Carla went above and beyond my expectations, I needed a tooth to fill in the front of my mouth for my granddaughter's 5th birthday party Dr. Carla created a tooth that fits without any wire hooks and that would stay in place without using dental paste or glue. when I tell you she has done just that. I was able to be present and the Love I received from my granddaughter I give thanks first of all to our Heavenly Father for giving Dr. Thomas the ability to conquer a challenge. Thank you to her wonderful staff.

It’s always a pleasant experience when I have to visit the smile studio. Staff is always pleasant, professional, and kind. Dental team members are engaging and professional. Dr. Carla is a rock star she listens gives her best professional opinion and options and works with you to come up with a personalized treatment plan to meet your needs. Office is always relaxing clean and safe.

My elderly mother with multiple co-morbidities visited the office. Her care required special oral surgery care, which was referred by the office. The referral surgeon was excellent. The transition from the Smile Studio to the referral surgeon was smooth - they were waiting for my mother when she arrived. The care was excellent! The referral surgeon even coordinated his prescription for my mother with my mother's Kaiser insurance through the Kaiser outpatient pharmacy! Thank you Smile Studio for excellent coordination of my mother's care.

I've been a patient at the The Smile Studio for a few years now. And the level of professional that I first experienced years ago has not diminished at all. In fact, that's the reason I continue to return.

You will note in previous reviews that others have found the staff to be courteous, personable, and at all times, professional. The receptionists, the hygienists and the doctors are all friendly and welcoming. And they do great work, too!

Once, I even had the pleasure of having Dr. Thomas herself provide me with care. Dr. Thomas was surprisingly approachable and unassuming, and she has a wonderful sense of humor.

I simply can't imagine going elsewhere for dental care. Simply put, The Smile Studio has it all!

Where do I start……for me I knew what I wanted and needed was going to be large financial commitment. I took a little over a year meeting with offices though out LA and Pasadena. After meeting with 8 other offices I decided on the Smile Studio. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive. WhT ultimately influenced my decision was by the apparent leadership. It started with the front desk and staff who made me fill comfortable and welcomed. Then After meeting with Dr Thomas I knew what direction I wanted to take. Dr. Thomas was confident in her recommendations and approach which gave me a sense of ease. They worked on 7 of my teeth with the highlight being my 4 front teeth. I am so happy with the outcome!!! They have a patient for life out of me I highly recommend. I drove from Pasadena to see Dr.Thomas and her team!!

Such a friendly group of dentists and techs!! By far the best dentist appointment I've ever had. They were kind, thorough, and had quick yet attentive service. It's also a plus that they have parking and a really nice office!! Highly recommend.

This was my first time at The Smile Studio and I was very impressed! It was close to my house so that was a plus but the real win for me is that it was clean and professional in the building! (I don't live in the best area so I was a little skeptical). I LOVE the fact that I saw an all woman staff! Amazing! And I love the fact that my dentist is a black woman as well! Dr. Thomas was pleasant and informative. I found my new dentist and will totally recommend!

I recently visited The Smile Studio after not seeing the dentist in a very long time. With the pandemic my nervousness was beyond heighted. Upon walking in everyone was nice and put my mind at ease. They all were very informative with everything I need to get done. I set up two follow up appointments. They were all professional and even helped me find my dental insurance when I gave them the wrong card.

Even after my appointment one of the dentist Shay (I may have her name wrong) and I were having small talk and she encouraged me to go after some goals I was talking to her about. You can tell she really loves her job because she exudes good energy and encouragement. The Smile Studio was an amazing environment to be in. I can't believe I am saying but I'm excited to go back to the dentist.
