Excellent customer service for a retail store late at night. Was a peaceful shopping experience- that I always enjoy at this store and would recommend and come back!

Went in there to pick up some booties and a poncho. I feel in love and wanted to ship the whole store home. It was lovely and had lovely stuff and people working there.

I bought a great looking luggage that's a good brand at a lower price

When I'm traveling and I have a special occasion that comes up I can go there and get something and that's something for church. I got something for daily wear. I could even get something for sports to swim in perfect place even for the hombres

Bought a leather belt in the men's section, great price 9.99. The wait really wasnt that bad, 4 minutes wait tops

Always something new and affordable never know what you will get

I found everything I needed, store was well kept and organized. 1 downfall... the line was in the back of the store. Took almost 40 minutes to get checked out. It just so happened that I went on the day California reopened to full capacity so that could explain the crowd. However, even still It was a good shopping experience.

Clean and Great customer service. My husband lost his cash here today. We reported it to security. Can u believe the security found it? called and called us go pick it up. Talk about impressed. I didnt get his name but i just wanted to say thank you and share.

Went to Ross to buy one shirt and ended up buying 2. The second shirt was too cute to leave behind. Be careful going into Ross because you will end up buying more than you wanted. Nice store, nice people, great value.

It's worth it especially the perfume it last all day

They Always have a Good Variety of Clothes Brands, the Staff is Friendly and Service is Excellent. Went in Using a Voucher and Altho the Cashiers didn't kno how to process it, Management was quick to help n teach the Cashiers@the Same time. Highly Recommended

This Ross is really good, the employees do their best to keep it well organized compared to other locations, plenty of bargains and nice brands, i've found from chopping boards to electronics. Very nice, if you visit this store, don't be a pig, don't leave stuff all over the place.

Great products great prices! I can spend more than an hour shopping here, there so much to look at. I like the kitchen products, kids clothes, cosmetics, and toys 👍

I will go to Ross just because I love ross. I see them and will stop to see what treasures I may find. I went in and saw the line and walked right back out. I couldn't do it. Ridiculous. See you after the Holidays ❤. 5 stars because I still love the great finds. I won't give a bad review because of that line. The workers were still great. All greeting me as I walked in... and OUT! 😫

Most Ross stores are not very organized. I was pleasantly surprised with a greeting at the door and found a well organized, clean store. No long lines and cashier very friendly. I will definitely be back.
