I've been coming here for years. Never had a serious issue. Back then I didn't really like the customer service, but hey... they are not harming my teeth! So I didn't mind. Dr. Lee is my dentist and he is great. He did my veneers and they are perfect. Not sure who the other lady dentist is. And as of now, customer service seems cordial and professional.
I will be there next week, April 2023 - HOPE ALL GOES WELL.
And I'll be writing another review to keep everyone posted on how it went here. :)

I went to this dentist for the first time and i was a little nervous. But the staff was really nice the doctor that worked on me was nice and gentle and patient. Im going to keep this place for my dental work, I feel comfortable. Dr.Lee is the man.

I do not work here. I am a patient: This dental office has excellent customer service. Doctors that know what they are doing and do it because they like their profession. They take the time to explain everything in detail and are not rushing to get you out. Overall a a pleasant experience in a usually not-as-pleasant environment.

This dentist sucks! They are money motivated and dont care for the outcome of your teeth. I lost a tooth because of the financial assistant who was going to help me obtain cheaper prices for a crown after a root canal. I was alot younger when this happened they didnt give me an option for my tooth to take care of it with out buying 1300 dollar crown I learned after you can have permanent filling no crown and not lose your tooth. Ended up loosing my tooth because I couldnt financially afford the crown, they then told me I need the bone thing that goes under your gum when you lose a tooth additionally I couldnt afford this 700-800 dollars so I have no bone support under the tooth I lost. My boyfriend just had the same problem went to western dental and got offered a payment plan 85 dollars a month 582 in full.

Disgusting the way my partner was treated. The dentist was groaning and whining about my partner teeth, making them uncomfortable and insecure while aggressively tugging their face. She also berated and argued with staff in front of my partner. They did a horrible job with my partner’s teeth as well! Over numbed them and left more damage then improvements (according to their new dentist.) Overall this practice should be investigated for malpractice, very unprofessional and risky.

Today I went to this place for regular cleaning. I was told I had to do a full mouth X-ray before anything else. I am okay with that because it’s covered by the insurance once every year. After the young dentist measured my gum, I was told I need a deep cleaning. I insisted this time I only want to do a regular cleaning. They refused and saying they only would do publish! I don’t want to do that and walked out. It seems they only care how much they can make from their customers! I don’t recommend this place.

DR Lee broke my bone in my booth, for being to harsh on my tooth. I had to get and implant and pay for it, when he should be paying for it. And there was a point in the procedure when he said “I don’t no what to do” what type or doctor says that.
