DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles - Commerce

Beautiful hotel located in Commerce near the Citadel Mall. Parking prices are decent nowhere near the prices of downtown LA. They give you a delicious cookie at check-in, and the rooms are very comfortable. Could use a fridge, but you can not have it all.

3mins walking to Citadel Outlet. Good for black Friday shopping but will not advise to check out on sat if you don't self drive. Is hard for driver to come to hotel pick up due to heavy jam outside outlet and driver tends to cancel order and left.

Celebrated my 2 daughter's Sweet 16 & 15th Birthday in the Ball Room. The staff was amazing & friendly. Food was great🤗

I have stayed in some nice hotels that I have paid more to stay in but I really have to say that this hotel actually took the time to find the right people to work at the hotel. We checked in, went to our room and came down for what I would consider the best start of a vacation that I could ever think of. The manager Luis came right to our table to ask how everything was going. Something that other hotel managers would not take the time to do. At that point I knew we were staying at a hotel that truly cares about their customers first and will do anything possible to make them feel special. Thank you so much Luis for making our stay more than what we expected. When I mentioned they took the time to hire the right staff there was a special person named Tina that made our stay feel like she was only there for us. Not sure how she did it with all the other people she had to help but all I can say is she has us ready to come back and stay there. Jenn and Javier are amazing bartenders and know what customer service is all about. Thank you to everyone there.

The best location for a getaway weekend of shopping. Felt safe and comfortable since the surroundings areas aren’t the most luxurious. Close to freeway and various amenities. Room was clean , bar was very generous with their drinks and the staff was friendly. Will definitely return for another weekend of shopping. Within walking distance, literally almost same parking as citadel outlets

Amazing stay. The front desk agents at this location were incredibly hospitable, especially Claudia. This property was exactly what I needed for my vacation. The restaurant team was amazing as well. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Everything was highly convenient as the location was near where I needed to be. They have a nice common area to hang out outside and a bar area inside. Customer service was incredibly kind and friendly. Not only that but I forgot some of my belongings after I signed out and they helped me by collecting them for me in a small bag (a hat and my charger). I'm very impressed with how they operate and would recommend them to everyone. I only wish that breakfast was served earlier instead of at 7AM since that's when my job starts but during the week it's at 6AM which is wonderful. At least have it open earlier for military members because I've never been able to eat there with the complimentary breakfast until recently and it was delicious!

Love this hotel locale and staff. Javier at the bar and Claudia at the front desk will make you feel welcomed. Rooms are tight and elevator is old but the hotel bar and breakfast do more than enough to overcome anything. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Easy access to the freeway and shopping centers.

If I could give this hotel a higher ranking I would. The service Javier provided was the best service I have ever received. He was very attentive and most of all he made you feel like family. Hotel was clean and has a very nice ambiance. Will definitely be back.

Was here for work related event, 2-1/2 days. The hotel staff brought coffee, water, and cookies every morning. They took care of lunch, and they even had some decent tasting chocolate cake. The service was great AND their restrooms were super clean, I was surprised. Great convenient spot for meetings, training seminars or what ever you're into! Plus the Citadel is right across, literally 314 steps.... I'm kidding on that!

Have stayed here several times this year and always try to stay here first. Rooms are clean, front desk service is fantastic, the warm cookies never disappoint. Location is very convenient. Considered knocking off a star because the place is a little dated in areas but everything else has been so far above par I could not bring myself to do it. Highly recommend for the business traveler.

It is exactly what a hotel should be. You get good service and a room to sleep in. It is in a good location, you can find a store or restaurant near you that will have what you may need for your travels. If you stay here to visit Los Angeles, a car is definitely recommended.

This hotel is an absolute GOAT. I have never seen such luxury and and great outstanding service. I met this server lady named Tina. She was splendid and she did her job to the upmost degree of responsibility. The pool was honestly a little too hot. But the hot tub had a maximum capacity of 6. I’m happy to report that my colleagues and I fit 27 people in. The workout room was extravagant. However, the pec fly machine only went up the 100 pounds. Me being an absolute unit, saw this as a massive disappointment. But you win some you lose some. The breakfast was superb and I gained 25 pounds. The server ladies(Tina), would not allow me to stand up to go get my food. They were kind enough to bring it to me. Absolute bosses. The elevators in this place were top notch. I was in shock of how nice they were. The courtyard was spectacular and amazing just like me when I play Kendama. The view was immaculate and couldn’t get any better. Going back to the breakfast, my colleague was even offered by the cook himself to eat a handmade omelet. Such service! I also have to shout out Griselda. She was a amazing person but not as good as Tina. The water in this splendid hotel was just outstandingly incredible. Not the bitter tasting “California water”, but crisp clear mountain water. I know this review may be quite petite, but I wrote it with all my heart, soul, strength, mind, and power. The place was clean. Staff was friendly. In a very convenient location. Breakfast was delicious.

It was a great stay. The pool was great for the kids. It only went from 3 to 3 1/2 ft with a hot tub and spa area with restrooms. The staff was very courtious and polite. We will be coming back to stay again!
