I have been working out, dieting the works….yet I still had the hardest time targeting my lower abdomen.
I scheduled a Cool Sculpting consultation with Hannah. She was very thorough and beyond helpful. She answered all of my questions and some! We talked about my goals and she set up a treatment plan for me. I am about a month and a half post treatment, and I am over the moon! Hannah knew exactly what she was doing, because I am so happy with my results. I 100% suggest talking to Hannah about Cool Sculpting, you won’t regret it!

Hannah, at Spa Trouve in St George, is top notch at what she does! She is very personal and caring and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She does the cool sculpting on areas of your body that you would like to smooth out and reduce the bulk of fat. After having six children in ten years, my lower stomach was stretched out and no amount of exercise or dieting would reduce it. She documented the results with before and after pictures which were amazingly noticeable. My clothes fit better and I have a better self image about myself. I am happy with the results that just keep getting better and better!

Maggie is super nice and worked thoroughly with me to target my specific skin concerns and treat them properly. The front desk is also very welcoming and are always super friendly.

I’ve been several times and every time I go the staff is very friendly and helpful. They never try to make you feel uncomfortable about what you can afford to spend. Carolyn is the best for helping me decide what I should get done with a budget. I’ll make the drive from Vegas because it’s well worth it.

I LOVE coming to Spa Trouve!!!!! Everyone is delightful, always upbeat and eager to make your visit pleasant and positive. From the moment you step in the door both of the people at the desk actually SMILE, not just on their faces but also in their eyes…..they seem genuinely happy to see you.

The greeting is warm and personal. Everyone knows me and I mean really knows me….details….I don’t know how they do that since I never remember names!

A few names I’ll never forget include Carolyn, “The Injector” and Hannah (Cool Sculpting specialist). Both are incredibly professional and informative. Carolyn is the fastest and the best injector I’ve ever experienced…..and I’ve been blessed with the best of the best at every Medspa I’ve ever visited.

Hannah is so awesome as well. I’m doing my 1st session of Cool Sculpting next week……Merry Christmas to me! Hannah knows what she’s talking about and explains the whole process thoroughly, answering my 200 years in questions patiently. As a nurse with more than 40 years under my belt, I ask some tough and practical questions. PS You can’t miss Hannah…..she’s VERY tall!!!

Lastly I want to put in a plug for the semiglutide weight loss program. People, IT WORKS!!!! I’ve had a stubborn 40-50 lbs to lose after shedding over 100 lbs through gastric sleeve surgery. Then suddenly, 6 mo ago, my A1c was in the pre diabetes range. 🫣😣🥺😟 It was time to get serious!

So my doc started me on a semiglutide compound and over a 6 mo period, the 50# are gone!!!! I’m much more thoughtful about what I eat and if I’m hungry or just bored. I’m very pleased with the results. If you’re thinking about it and/or your doc recommends it, try it. Not for everyone. Some have too severe side effects and can’t tolerate it. I had no problems. I mention this treatment because Spa Trouve has this service too.

In conclusion, without hesitation, Spa Trouve is a “10”…..check them out!!!!!
