This bank is terrible. They take 20 minutes to cash a check and have told me multiple times "oh I'm sorry our system is down", I honestly feel they totally discriminate.

화난표정에 불친절한 태도..특히 단발머리 직원 일을 하는게 아니고 스트레스 푸는식의 갑질까지..직원이 자주바뀌는데는 이유가 있지.월급을 주는 좋은회사인듯..

내계좌 밑에 14살짜리 우리 아이 데빗카드를 만들어주려고 하는데 한 번에 설명을 안해주고 3번씩이나 오라가라 합니다.결국은 마음이 상해서 그냥오는데 변변한 사과 한마디 없습니다.제가 큰 고객이 아니라서 그럴까요?
