Long Beach Marriott

The Long Beach Marriott was my home away from home for multiple years when traveling for work and always had a wonderful stay and experience. I have to shout out Carolina at the front desk who always went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving the best care and nothing short of an excellent stay. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable with stylish finishing touches and very well insulated to maintain a quiet and restful environment, and the amenities are top notch. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping, M-Lounge, baristas, management, and valets are always friendly and welcoming. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of customer experience over several years of stays. I often refer others to stay at this location during their travels to the area.

This has been a great hotel. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help with my work packages and other needs throughout the stay.
Justin at the front desk was a lifesaver and went above and beyond. As a platinum elite member I stay at a lot of hotels and I put this one up at the top for the area.

A quick stay-cation for our 27th wedding anniversary..
Room was clean, fully stocked and very quiet considering the airport less than a mile away.

Came back for another stay-cation for my birthday. Still nice still friendly.

The staff really makes this hotel shine. Everyone was super nice. Kudos to Justin, he truly went above and beyond to help make our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful experience at this Marriott as it has been one of my favorite Airport Marriott’s. Front desk was super friendly and very helpful especially Justin. He made us feel so welcome and gave us great suggestions for food. We got early check in with no problem too. The pool, hotel lobby, and bar are amazing. Room and bathroom were extremely clean! We will definitely be staying here in our future stays at Long Beach.

Excellent experience all around
Food in MClub was great! Restaurants in hotel very good. Ate at Mexican restaurant, had guacamole, flan desert and fajitas as main course!

Im flight attendant i stayed in so many hotels around america , i want to say that this hotel staff are super super helpful , polite , friendly . Especially “Justin “ he followed up on my problems and make sure everything solved .

Stayed here for 2 days for a family event. The hotel is minutes away from The Grand event center (the venue). The staff is very friendly. Pool is clean. Breakfast isn't complimentary, but still delicious enough to pay for. They have a nice selection of foods and you can ask for your waffle or omelets to be cooked right in front of you - come hungry! We tried the restaurant downstairs, it's pretty pricey, but they gave us good sized meals that we could barely finish, so I'd say it's worth it. I loved our room and I would have stayed in there all day if I didn't have errands to run. Oh and I am happy we found Lakewood Center super close by. That mall is huge and I was able to find the dress I needed along with other last minute shopping. Thank you Marriott staff!

They have cheerful staff and have not cut back on amenities like lots of other hotel chains. EV charging is difficult to find @ hotels these days. They have two charging stations right near the hotel entrance. We will definitely stay here when we visit our friends in Long Beach ⛱

The hotel I'd nice, has been updated nicely. Has all amenities you would want. We didn't see the rooms but feel confident that they are very accommodating. It is conveniently located near the Long Beach Airport for convenience for those flying in.

We visited to see about our wedding reception. They were very helpful, friendly & eager to please. They offer several sites for the ceremony & several for the reception too. They have multiple options for food available in a wide price range, with access to all the vendors you may need. Depending on the package you choose, determines if or how many outside vendors you may need. We decided to have everything there, ceremony and reception. Are using their recommendations for DJ & Photos.

This Mariott Hotel is really nice on the inside and that's where the 1996 hit movie Jerry Maguire was filmed at. It was a scene in the beginning when Jerry was giving out statements and he was happy. The beloved Tom Cruise movie was released on December 13th, 1996.

Was having internet issues. Front desk hooked me right up. Staying for the night then heading to Port of San Pedro to catch a cruise to Mexico. Rooms have plenty of outlets, super clean, and comfortable. Glad we booked.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was to bring my daughter to CSULB for class registration and orientation. The second was move in day weekend. Our first stay was great. We stayed just one night but the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Upon return, we planned to stay four nights. Two nights for move in and two night to extend our stay to explore the town before we said our goodbyes to our daughter. Well Tropical Storm Hilary had other plans. Being from Northern California, we were worried we’d get stuck due to the potential grapevine closure. The hotel was extremely understanding of our situation and change in plans. They did (understandably) charge us an early departure fee but they reimbursed us for our last two nights. I thought our dates were unable to be changed so this was a pleasant surprise. The gym is perfect. The coffee bar is convenient. I will for sure be staying here again. It’s super convenient to get to the campus as well.

Edit to add upon our second stay, the room was just as welcoming. The hotel is super clean and comfy and everybody at the front desk has been incredibly nice.

What makes this hotel different than other Marriott properties is the service. The staff are incredibly helpful. They printed some items for me, gave me a luggage cart, and were very friendly. I travel often, and its nice to find a place that is clean and welcoming. The M Lounge is excellent also. I really enjoyed it.

Very convenient location just next to the Long Beach airport. Amazing staff with courtesy and full of hospitality. The hotel also has nice pool both inside and outside. Inside warm pool is good for children. So impressive. The only thing I don’t be satisfied is the poor drainage flow in the sink. But otherwise excellent.

Will never stay anywhere else in Long Beach. I've stayed here a number of times and each time the hotel is spotless, smells good inside, and has a good vibe to it. The whole staff is amazing here but especially Justin and Aloni at the front desk. Their hospitality and demeanor are one of a kind.

Very nice rooms that were recently updated. Beautiful grounds and very professional staff. Close and convenient to the airport.
