Marci Shears

Marci has done an incredible job in restoring the health of my hair. I am very satisfied with the way she cuts my hair and the outcome of the hair coloring. She is receptive to what I ask for and always delivers. I receive many compliments and inquiries about who does my hair. Aside from her skills, she is an amazing person, and a pleasure to be around. Been going to Marci for nearly two years now, and she does an incredible job every time!

I was basically happy with the haircut. Unfortunately, the style didn’t make it to the end of the day. When I let my stylist know that my hair had nobody nor hold, and even showed her a picture which showed that it was completely flat a few hours after leaving the salon, she responded by telling me that it was due to my hair type and the humidity.

I have had several press and curls (for a lot less money that lasted a lot longer…up to 3 weeks especially when it was humid.) Her suggestion was to keep my hair wrapped indefinitely. It was Easter weekend, and I at least wanted it to look nice for the weekend. Keeping it wrapped up after spending $120 was not an option nor practical. Why go to the salon and spend time and money just to keep your hair, wrapped up and never be able to wear or appreciate the style? Makes no sense.

BTW, I did wrap it and it was even more flat. I ended up doing it myself, which I really did not have time for.
