I spoke with Caroline about the need to have the sensors to check my glucose levels because I was out and Mini Pharmacy was going to be closed during the Labor Day holiday.
I was given the opportunity to pick them up on site, which I did. Excellent professional service thank you.

After my last not so good review, I received a call from the CEO. He was friendly and eager to make things right. He expedited my mom’s order and received the Dexcom with in 3 working days. I hope that this type of service will continue as I’m getting ready to order more sensors. I will continue to post my reviews as time goes by and depends on how quickly my order is expedited. I look forward to do business with Mini Pharmacy.

Wonderful service! Got my Libre 2 Reader replaced by ABBOT but kept saying patch was in use by another reader. Needed new patch but Medicare was NOT gonna have it. Jeremy at Mini Pharmacy contacted my endocrinologist for an updated Rx.
Got my new Patches TODAY! Thank you Jeremy for your empathy AND Professionalism in this matter. Too bad your delivery driver (Faltes Delivery) is NOT as courteous. We finally got him to actually drive into the apartment complex instead of making my wife pick up the package outside while IN HIS CAR! Now he expects us to meet him halfway to my unit?! He must be upset and is taking it out on us

My son has diabetes and Zac was so kind and helpful, she assisted me with getting his insulin without having to pay out of pocket!! I'm so thankful, thank you Zac!!

I want to highly recommend Mini Pharmacy for their creative problem solving. My wife and I are traveling out of country and I found myself without enough medical supplies to make the trip and return home without running out, I called the company and explained the situation as we will be leaving sooner than the scheduled shipment date. Their staff arranged for a special overnight shipment which solved the problem. I want to publicly acknowledge this company and their staff for solving my problem in a timely manner.

I called Mini Pharmacy this morning and spoke to Sandra in the Medicare department. My 86 years old husband with arthritis in the hands and macular degeration of the eyes and insulin diabetic had 24 hrs left on his 14 day Libre sensor. He was in a BIG PANIC since he was leaving tomorrow morning to chaperone our grand-daughter on an out of state trip and he was out of sensors. Mini Pharmacy has delivered his sensors in a timely & routine fashion for months. Unfortunately we had two sensors that were defective and had to return directly to Abbott and we were waiting for the replacements. I explained all this drama to Sandra.

She was quick to resolve the PANIC - she said we were not eligible for refill until October 16 but we could pay retail for a box and she would make sure it got delivered today. Sandra and Mini Pharmacy rescued us - they took our order and we just received deliver. We are both very relieved and believe that miracles do happen.

It's just not doing your job but thinking out of the box and making what matters to your customer count. Kudos to Sandra and Mini Pharmacy. If we could give them 10 stars we would.

I was running out of my Dexcom sensors before the time i was eligible to get my next refill. I called Mini pharmacy to see if they can help me. I was connected to the pharmacist for further assistance. The pharmacist was very helpful. She find out why I was running out sooner than I should and gave me tips so next time I would not run in to the same problem. She also arranged for me to get a sample to hold me over. I want to thank mini pharmacy for helping me.

I called Mini Pharmacy to request my diabetic supplies. I was lucky to speak to Bryanna to place my order. Im stressing because I'm moving to Nevada and busy packing... can't find anything lol. Bryanna was not only professional, she was so patient with me when I could not find my glasses. Once I found them I was able to provide all the information she needed to complete my diabetic supply order. She was just great, I did not have to repeat anything, great listening skills on her part!

Just wanted to tell you how lucky you are to have her in your employ. I hope all my future contact with Mini Pharmacy is as great as the one I had today !

I highly recommend Mini Pharmacy and it’s staff My daughter has had type 1 diabetes for 48 years, and it’s very reassuring to know that I can depend on Mini Pharmacy to manage the delivery of her Dexcom G6 supplies which make her blood sugars safe. I've had a really good experience with Mini Pharmacy, so I'm confused about the negative reviews to be honest. I moved my test strip purchases to them when I was unable to get Abbott Freestyle strips for my Omnipod. Abbott kept giving me a generic list of vendors, but the vendor I went to was on the list. That didn't help. Omnipod referred me to Mini Pharmacy and I've not had problems since. They got my strips out to me quickly and have had them on autoship since then. It's been easy and automatic.

They've been easy to work with too. When I call there is a hold, but, honestly, what matters to me most is the interaction that I have with the agent when I call.

Very happy with the service they provide. No problem getting my diabetic supplies refilled on time. I’ve been using them well over a year.

My husband had a big problem with his diabetes sensor reader the asst. manager 💐 went beyond to help us thank you very much we appreciate it. Virginia Nelson👥

Thank you to Brianna at Mini Pharmacy. She was fast and efficient and most importantly, she followed through with my request!!!!! I greatly appreciated her willingness to help and make life easier for my mother.

In the last few weeks i have been trying to get a one time prescription for when i go on vacation. There has been a few problems trying to get that done .but today one of the customer service reps and the pharmacy clerk went out of their way to fix the issue and get me my meds today so i can have everything when i leave this week for my trip .😊😊😊😊 i dont know of anything other pharmacy that would go out of their way for their customers like saw from my experience today

very professional supper punctual, they even deliver medication as late as 10 pm which is extraordinary. I have been using them for my dad medication for almost a year and cannot be happier with their amazing costumer service and punctuality.

If I forget they text me and ask if I’m ready to reorder!

I use this pharmacy for my patients at my job and for my son. I have never had any problems. I have had great customer service. When I had a problem with my son's diapers, they quickly fixed the problem.

I get my dad his supplies here. Always conveniently in the mail and if there are any issues I call and the customer service ladies are quick to assist. Fairly smooth and easy transaction.

I've been using mini pharmacy for 4 year they always fix any issues. Some time they get pretty busy but always help me and often over night thing I need in a hurry I dont understand why so many people leave bad reviews

Kim at Mini Pharmacy is EXCEPTIONAL! This pharmacy goes above and beyond and helped me in a desperate time of need with my son's Rx Formula. I can't thank them enough!!! :) A+++++ in my book.
