3 story theater. It has plenty of space to sit and eat on the second floor while waiting for your show time. Staff and security are pleasant.
Parking is pricey. We spent about 3 hours there and we paid the max for parking, which is $40.

Very well decorative! (Huge chandelier in the lobby, movie posters, great view of downtown LA) was soo expensive tho. Bought 2 tickets to see the nun 2 for 40.00 😬 but they offer a points system, so it's worth it lol. Overall, great experience while watching the movie. Will come back for more movie fun.

We randomly decided to watch a movie after walking past this place. There were almost no one in the place and we got to watch the movie all by ourself. That was a experience on its own! Nice theatre and good popcorn!

The biggest multiplex for me (Mid-City / DTLA). Nice and clean with an actual BIG screen house with orchestra and balcony seats. Just started up a REGAL UNLIMITED monthly pass which is totally worth it! Just see at least 2 movies in a month and the pass pays for itself! Just note, surcharges are in effect depending on the screen, room, and sound enhancements. Oh yeah - there’s a 50-cent surcharge that you can’t avoid if you want to reserve your seats in advance! To save on that, you need to take a chance and purchase your tickets when you get there. *NOTE: the outside front box office is rarely staffed. You’ll have to go straight to concessions for entrance AND food. Unfortunately, this inevitably causes long wait times. Because of the size of the building and large number of screens, I advise to give yourself extra time because you’ll have to walk a distance for showings upstairs.

We splurged on getting food at the theater and I have no regrets! I recommend the burger with the bacon jam - my boyfriend really liked his pizza. After the movie, we splurged on playing games in the lobby. So much fun because it brought me back to high school. Staff really friendly! Cant wait to go back for another special occasion.

Beautiful and clean theater! My first 4DX movie experience with Avatar2 in this theater. It’s cool and made everything so real that I can even feel be killed and bombed. Very impressive!

I frequent Regal Cinemas quite often, I like that it's near la live you can grab a bite and a drink before a movie. They have the usual fare, burgers,tenders fries and nachos. I usually hit up the Genny's gourmet truck across the street (SO GOOD 😋💯) they have beer and wine 😶 selection is meh ... I usually see the 4Dx movies. Worth the extra, it's like a roller coaster ride during the movie.

My favorite part was 4DX. Recently, though, some of the seats didn't work all the effects, such as water, air blasts, and leg ticklers. There may be something wrong with them. Other than that, I had fun.

14 Screens All Sizes, which Size Screen Your Movie is on depends on the Movie. Seating and Sound is Great. The LA Live Activities is Special, Especially the Christmas Season. I recommend You Visit The Regal Theater at LA Live.

We really enjoyed their 4D theater the first time we visited but ever since we continue visiting this theater! Distance is convenient and parking is good, we hardly ever find a crowded parking lot or theater there. Their Tuesday special is good too! Check it out! We enjoy receiving their screenings as well for being part of their rewards program. 😊 We really liked the Avengers end game movie we recently watched! The theater also had a nice suit display of the avengers And that was really neat to take pictures with. Customer service is always nice here, just wish they had a better systems for purchasing concessions bc there's a bit of confusion About the lines to buy your items sometimes. There was a man that was very rude to the lady Infront of him just because of that misorganization and there is no need to be rude to others specially to disrespect people that are older than us. I just felt situationsike those could've been avoided if lines were clearly established. I don't know if I make sense but I just felt bad that poor old lady got mistreated when clearly it was not her fault where the lines began or ended. 😢

Came for the 4D experience and it was a blast! The only downside to this theater is the parking! You have to criss cross your way thru 2 different parking lots to get to the actual theater one. Good thing is regal gives validation for your ticket, which comes out to 8 dollars instead of 23.

Great neighborhood theater for DTLA. Always clean, and I’m surprised it’s not busier.

Lots of different types of theater. 4DX is awesome. Not a fan of the ICE screen. Go early, parking can be hard to find.

Good theatre, nice rooms nice seats nice screens. Lines can get hectic but to be honest you can order online for your tickets

Very nice theater well recommended with family or group of friends ,, on the snacks there not that pricey , also they sell beer, parking is $8 west parking which is on the side of the theater only bad thing is if there's a game parking will be full house u will need to park outside on Olympic blvd ,

Felt like a real country bumpkin when we visited! We were walking by and decided to stop in and see Barbie. I've never been in such a huge movie theater! After two escalators and a bit of a walk we found our theater and really enjoyed the movie. Snacks were good but expensive (as was expected). Most confusing part was buying tickets with our concessions but maybe that's just our lack of experience.

The movies here are great and the seats are very comfortable. There is a large parking lot next door, so parking is very convenient.
