First time doing pilates, ever. I was going to focus on support for lower back pain. Sylvia was my instructor and could not have been better. I felt comfortable and in control and OMG does this work.... I left thinking "I can't believe how much I could have benefited from this had I started sooner" and I can't wait to continue. My muscles felt completely fatigued (in a good way) but at the same time I felt relaxed and present when I left. A very different experience from free weight training. I am hooked and will be back regularly! This is a beautiful studio and very well organized with lovely people. HUGE THUMBS UP FOR THIS SQUAD!

This is an excellent studio with skilled and knowledgeable staff. I am working on core strength and recovery from an injury and this is a fantastic resource. Highly recommend.
