As usual great service & pastries. This place is definitely my to go place. Keep it up ! I recommend the Horchata Latte

I always go to a La Monarca Bakery & Cafe when I can. In my book, their coffee tastes so much better than any other "chain" cafes.

Their location is so conveniently near the 101 freeway that it takes no time or effort to make a stop. Thankfully they also have a parking lot next to the building so it gets even easier and faster to grab a great drink or treat.

They have a lot of options to choose from but I always seem to go for a nice cup of Cafe de la Olla. Sure it's not like my abuelita or mama used to make it, but it still brings a smile on my face everytime I take a sip, it's delicious.

The workers are always nice and the cafe looks clean.

I came here after a very disappointing experience with a doc office on the block. Got myself a concha, wedding cookie, and an iced horchata latte which I highly recommend. They were sweet, the food/drink and the staff. They were very patient as I tried to speak very broken Spanish (not a native speaker but I like to learn other languages and try to speak peoples native tongue with them). Very smiley and kind.

I shouldn’t even be having the concha because sometimes gluten really messes up my stomach butttt I actually didn’t have a reaction with this one which supports my theory that some peoples “gluten allergy” is just a reaction to poorly processed baked goods. I think this place is a chain so you’d probably imagine the goods are processed but they seem good quality to me. That being said I’m no professional baker so who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I got the guava cake for my birthday both this year and last year. It’s made with real guava (I just found a seed) and is not too sweet. Perfect to have with coffee in the morning. If you love guava you’ll love this cake :)

Good food awesome staff. I often get a coffee here on my morning walks.

My go to local panaderia. I’ll give you some of my favorite breads and pastries that I like to get. The tacos de piña are so delicious, molletes with or without the soyrizo is so fire and you definitely can not go wrong with the conchas they offer there. The blended champurrado latte was really good too, another recommendation you should try. There is no parking but just park in the T-Mobile structure you will be fine.

Parking is a little hard, but always enjoy my Oaxaca blended drink.

I'm from Denver and this place is a must very time I visit. I love the Oatchata latte. They have a nice variety of baked goods. The Mexican wedding cookies literally melt in your mouth. Delicious!

I always get my friend's birthday cakes here and everyone loves them! Good variety to choose from! Tiramisu, chocolate and strawberries, tres leches - all amazing.

I just have to say delicious. This bakery sells not only cakes, but cookies and sweet bread everything is good. I recommend the mexican wedding cookies, the tiramisu and the vanilla fresh fruit cake

This bakery is really nice and clean. The service was great, the prices are bit high their horchata cakes are a bit small for $35, and they have Mexican bread for $1 a piece and it's the same bread sold at grocery stores for less. They should really reconsider their prices.

I love this place! Everything was so fresh and delicious. The chocolate concha was perfect with coffee. I don’t live in LA, but my friend recommended this spot, and I can’t wait to try it again one day! LOVE IT!

Yes, we needed a place like this. It is a great coffee shop to go. Music is great and variety.
Close to where i live, amasing and wonderful place. Its people is terrific in great customer service. I feel like i am in home. When i feel alone, i come to this place to put my heart back again to the rhythm of life. Lights, walls, ingredients, and more thing to have fun at the La Monarca Bakery Home.

Since I work nearby. Some of the employees are great and their coffee is delicious and very reasonable. They have a nice seating area and a nice selection of pastries and cakes :) sometimes they do a happy hour mon-fri from 2pm-5pm where you can get two drinks for the price of one which is a GREAT DEAL! ☕🍰

I went for the first time a couple of weeks ago and ordered a tiramisu cake and it was DELICIOUS!! Everyone loved it and it was the talk of the party! I also had an iced cafe de la olla and a concha, also delicious! Can't wait to order another cake! The staff was also really friendly!

I have been to three locations, and every single one has great baked goods, great coffee, and the genuinely nicest staff of any place I've patronized. Special shout-out to the Sunday folks at the Santa Monica/Western location who made me and my little mama feel very welcome.

Got a piece of cake and croissants today and loved all of it. Chocolate croissants were best. Must try place to have a quick bite while traveling.

They have the best fresh Mexican bread, it a little pricey but the concha bread is the best there! I'll keep coming back and the service is great too!
