Lobby looks real nice. Breakfast at 7 bit late . Great wifi good size pool.. hotel is great . The water gets so hot u can burn yourself.. seems peaceful .

Checkin was quick and, being midweek, we were given a choice of upstairs or downstairs rooms. Desk staff was very kind and cheerful both at arrival and checkout. Room, bed and bath were all clean and comfortable. I'd read that parking was tight but we had no trouble finding a spot in front of our room. This is a busy area with a fair bit of ambient noise but not enough to affect my sleep. Could here footsteps in the room above but pretty normal. Walking distance to lots of dining and shopping options. My roommate felt the included breakfast was as good or better than at other inns. If the rate seems a littlle high, keep in mind: it's L.A. Very satisfied. I'd stay here again.

Great hotel with a fantastic location. The hot tub was nice, the room was clean, and it was so close to every thing we wanted to do.

Stay was good. Bummer I missed every breakfast. They should think about just doing brunch and charge guests a flat rate when they check in. Just a suggestion for bringing better business. The staff was awesome super helpful and accommodating. Katie was truly kind and attentive to my situation considering how it is at other hotels and motels with someone else booking for you using their account she got the paperwork to my father and had everything ready for me when I got there. Thanks Katie! The manager also was very helpful with holding my bags in the back when needed to get situated to another location. They truly brighten my spirit today with their kind hospitality. I definitely will be staying there again.

I stayed here last weekend and had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, spacious, and had comfy beds. Very quiet too. The hotel called us two hours after we checked out and told us we left our necklace in the room. We really appreciated that! 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Clean, great location. Had a pretty good breakfast of granola, yogurt, sausage, and scrambled eggs- included. There's a mall across the street that has a nice Thai restaurant. Can't lose!

Location was quiet and less than 20 minutes away from Universal Studios. Seemed to be in a safe location. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was clean and the floors were either laminate or vinyl which is always so much better than carpet. Nice stream of water from the shower head. The water didn't hit the body hard which we probably all have experienced. The breakfast selection included eggs, sausages, bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, different juices, oatmeal, tea, and coffee. Hotel is across the street from a grocery store and a few restaurants. I had no issues with the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Experience was great. No complaints from husband and son. 20 minutes to Universal studios. Breakfast was good and fufilling. We had a late check-in Both night and morning staff were friendly. Surrounding Area was nice, clean and quiet. We had PLENTY of towels. Room had microwave and fridge which is awesome. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

I had to stay here while my sister was in the hospital for the week, and I could not have found a more convenient, clean and helpful hotel than here. Management was amazing. The room was really clean and the property is well-kept. I felt very safe and is in a really cute and convenient area. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. Located right off 101 freeway. Conveniently surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants. Parking is free and perfect for cars but not for RVs.

Rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable. All amenities worked. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, and fresh fruits. Staff are friendly.

So glad we choose this wonderful location. We arrived before check in time and was so pleased we could get settled on to our room after flying in with a baby. With 4 woman and a small infant the accommodations were perfect. The beds were comfortable and we used the living room area as a private room. Being the one that slept on the sofa bed I was very pleased the the good night's sleep. The free breakfast was fabulous. Hotel staff was very pleasant to seal with also. If I travel to California (Los Angeles area) again I will certainly stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

No frills and relatively good value hotel. We had a personable and efficient check-in experience. There is no added fee for parking. Room doors open to the outside, but there's only one driveway entrance, so it feels secure. The other entrance is gated and locked. Security cameras monitor the hallways and parking lot. Hot breakfast buffet is an added plus. Swimming pool on premise. One ice machine is located on the first floor in the second building. Popular Thai restaurant (Anantra) located across the street.

We looked for a place that wasn't too expensive between Ventura and Los Angeles and found this place. What made this place great was the continental breakfast from 7-10am and the fridge in the room. The rooms are a bit on the smaller end but were clean. There's somewhat limited parking at the hotel, but a parking lot across the street is available. It's close to some grocery stores if you want to buy groceries. The main entrance is a little hard to find but the large sign above helps. The service at the front desk and for breakfast was great.

Great outdoor space and pool area. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and got us a room near the pool area so my husband and I could hang outside with the monitor after our baby went to sleep. The rooms were clean and nicely updated.

That's a great place to stay. I was kind of surprised by how clean and how nice the room look and it looks really upgraded I'm not sure if it's upgraded or not but it looks like that. The towels were clean the TV remote was covered after they cleaned it for germs I believe everything was clean and nice. I was there for a business trip and I will definitely stay there again. Also the check-in was really fast the person over the counter was really nice and explained about breakfast served from 6:30 to 9:30 and when I went there the next morning it was small breakfast but you have everything you need. Recommending this place.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and loved the room we had. My requests I made were met. The pool is a great size and the Jacuzzi was fun. I will come back here when it's hotter so we can really enjoy the pool. The hotel is quiet and everyone is pleasant. Check in and out was quick and easy. We are from out of town but I would not have minded having a few days to just enjoy the hotel and the surrounding shops and food places.

This place was nice. Has a Jacuzzi tub and is clean. The breakfast was delicious and I could tell the chef took pride in his cooking. The whole place looked like it was remodeled and under good management. Beds were comfortable and gave you free water and some cookies. Very great stay.
