Amazon Go is an absolute gem! The store boasts friendly and helpful workers who brighten up your shopping experience. Conveniently located next to a vet clinic, gas station, and major intersection, it's a one-stop-shop for all your needs. We could use more stores like this, catering especially to Amazon Prime members. Embrace the convenience and exceptional service at Amazon Go—you won't be disappointed!

This is my new favorite store! So fun. They have amazing deals on Pinkberry froyo, Stumptown Nitro cold brew, slushies and more. Delicious hot sandwiches, my family fought over my cuban. I will be trying all the samisches. Check it out!!

Check in with your Amazon app > In-Store Code.

It seems they're testing water here. The entrance is on their small parking lot and the doors on the blvd are blocked off. I saw a few people hesitant to get in (probably because of the shaded entrance with unique check-in system.)

I got a hot deli sandwich and it was good.
No dine-in area here. So you may need to reheat the item depends on the time of purchase to the consumption.

$1.29 any size soda is a good price. Better than their bottled counterparts. Their freestyle fountain has good selection of coke products.

Coffee machines are branded with Starbucks, so if you get a coffees/lattes here, it's likely cheaper than the SB across the street.

There's a soft serve ice cream machine but we didn't try it.

The rest is pretty on-par with convenience store/small drug store/gas stations. A lot of deli items are shared with Amazon Fresh blocks down the street.

Once it's checked-in, it's truly grab&go. And there are cameras everywhere to track your grab, return, etc. If you don't like the utopian-dystopia concept, it's not worth it, but if you don't care and want to try something new, go for it.

The new Amazon Go store on the corner of Topanga and Ventura gives me the feeling of a movie set of a convenience store. Not much on the shelves like at a 7-11 packed with snacks and food etc. It kind of has the things that you want but just not a lot of it. And some eclectic products as well which is kinda cool.

They also have Starbucks and Pink Berry dispensers as well as sandwiches, ready made salads and pizza. Haven't tried those yet.

There is also a lot of access to Amazon in a more tactile way for instance Amazon select products like cords and chargers as well as drop off and pickups for packages ordered from their website.
It also has wine, beer as well as liquor in small amounts but will work in a pinch.

What does NOT work well however is the location. That corner is really only accessible from Ventura. Yes you can right into the alley from Topanga but more often than not there's some dude trying to get out and he doesn't take in consideration that someone might want to be coming in so you can't turn and then you cause a traffic jam.
Not bad if you live nearby like I do and can walk there.

The location of this store is so inconvenient, I'm not sure it could thrive long-term. The corner of Ventura and Topanga sees a lot of traffic making it very difficult to turn into this Amazon Go parking lot. The lot itself has only a few spots available. Yes, it's supposed to be quick, run in with your phone and run out with your item. But are people really in that much of a hurry? There's an upcharge on each item for the convenience of speed. Couldn't you go to 7-11 and wait 30 seconds longer for 30% savings? I could do that.

Pretty cool convenience store. Basically a slightly upscale 7/11 store. When you walk in you scan your Amazon app generated bar code for admission.

My latte did not have the vanilla flavoring added as was pressed. Mentioned to an employee. I wonder if the flavor cost extra. Need to find my online receipt.

Very cool that no check out is necessary. You just stand at the exit gate and it opens to let you out after it figures out what you got. But I will not know if it is accurate until I look online.

Not very impressive. A glorified convenience store/liquor store without any beer or liquor. For a company with so many resources, a very "blah" experience.

Pros: clean, employees outnumber customer 7 to 1. Sandwich was 6 bux, made to order. Although the sandwich is half the cost of local sandwich spots its also about half the overall satisfaction and size, but if on a budget is definitely passable. Prices for limited selection of home goods (detergent, soap, toothpaste etc) is competitive.

Cons: lids don't fit on cups, ice machine for the fountain drinks is out of ice (again 7 employees, 1 customer). Prices for snacks are the same as going to a gas station convenience shop. parking is tight (with no other customers).

Coffee was burned, extremely limited selection of pastries, and whoever made my breakfast burrito had no idea what they were doing. Maybe give it some time as it just opened, but in its current state you should avoid this location.

Not the best choice, two of my items came out of their wrapping completely squished. Hot case was basically empty at lunch time, sushi was really condensated. They really didn’t have many filling lunch options. Settled on a salad that had a tag indicating it was expired. The burrito I got ended up being expired too.. Employees were somewhat helpful.

I found the whole experience pretty depressing. The sushi looked gross and old. The shelves were not stocked full, the hot food case was closed. I decided to get Pinkberry and it came out melty. When I gave it back to the employee they said nothing. I am not quite sure if this places purpose.
