National Pharmacy

National Pharmacy is an absolute nightmare... do not do busienss with them. I just spoke with someone by the name of Ren regarding my prescription, which was never processed, although my prescription was sent and received by the pharmacy 3 days ago. When I asked what was the delay, Ren argued with me and indicated that she contacted me and left a voice message regarding my order, which she DID NOT. There is no record of her contacting me on my call log... nor is my voicemail set up. So, a blatant lie is all she could come up with for her mishandling and delay of my prescription order.

When I asked to have it sent via overnight shipping (as they are based in CA and a live in MI), she indicated that I would have to pay for overnight shipping, which was fine. Normally they would pay for standard shipping. I suggested that I pay the difference between standard shipping and overnight shipping, (since they pay std shipping) but for some reason, Ren didn't seem to understand the simple shipping request.

Ren jumped on her high horse, insulted me then hung up the phone on me. Her attitude and demeanor was totally unprovoked and unprofessional. I'm going to have a conversation with my medical provider, as this is the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received from a pharmacy. This is what happens when you try to support small pharmacy businesses. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I spoke to two different women on the phone regarding a prescription that I needed. The first woman on the first day assured me that if my Rx is sent in, they could order it. I expressed my concern because this is a medication that is in very short supply right now at all pharmacies. She assured me it would be fine.

A different woman I spoke to the second day was extremely rude. I told her I spoke to someone the day prior and that she assured me they could order my medication. She said they couldn't order that medication, that she was the one that orders it and it was not possible. I asked her if she knew who was working the day prior bc that lady told me a completely different story. I've been given the run around by various pharmacies and I just want my medication. She pushed back and said she didn't know who was working. I only wanted to know who was working the day prior so that she wouldn't misinform anyone else. This women's attitude was gross and uncalled for.

I want to support smaller independent pharmacies, but if this is the type of attitude I will receive when innocently asking about an Rx I had already gotten confirmation from someone else there that they had, then I'm not interested. They just lost my business.
