While searching for a woman owned mechanic’s shop, I chanced upon Easy Street Auto, and holy wowzers am I glad I did! This shop is an absolute shining GEM.

I could tell you about their transparency, honesty and professionalism; their kindness, flexibility and top notch diagnostic and repair services; I could tell you how they back with pride their work and the parts they use. Or I can tell you a quick story, fun!

I recently had to cancel an appointment last minute because my very old, VERY worn van key finally decided to give up the ghost and I was stranded. Not only were Juline and Amanda super kind and understanding, but they called me back not once but twice to 1. Make sure that I was safe and being helped, and 2. To give me the contact info of a trusted locksmith. Upon the mention of an Easy Street referral, Philly (said locksmith) dropped everything to come to a random city park parking lot to cut and chip new keys for me at 7:30 at night. Everyone went absolutely above and beyond. Juline even called the next day to make sure my ridiculous adventure turned out okay. Who does that?! Easy Street Auto Repair, baby!!

This shop gave me the best experience I could ask for - they were transparent, professional, timely, and had great communication.

As a single woman I am hesitant about where I take my car in as I know some shops will see me as an opportunity to upsell and be intentionally dishonest or misleading regarding services needed. Immediately as you walk in there is a menu listing prices for services and the woman who helped me was transparent about pricing and made things easy for me to understand.

I went in Thursday an hour before close for a consultation, and dropped off my car the next morning. They had my car ready to go within a few hours! They also have an automated message system that sends texts reminding you of your appointment time, a breakdown of your estimate, and when your vehicle is ready to pick up.

The woman who was customer facing (I think her name was Juline) was inviting and friendly, and even the small interactions I had with the mechanics they were polite, professional, and they all wore a smile.

Overall this was a great experience and i am happy to support this local, female-owned business. They earned a returning customer today.

I was Very Pleased with the service at Easy Street Auto. My car is running so smoothly and quietly. ❣Amazing the difference from replacing a timing belt and shocks and struts. I came to Easy Street with major mechanical problems with my car and not a lot of trust after having poor experiences with several other major shops in Tacoma. Juline and Amanda were so kind, patient, and extremely transparent every step of the way. They took time to show me pictures of each issue with detailed reports and explain the highest priorities that would make my car safest without pressuring me to get everything all done at once. Once we decided on the work that was to be done, they were swift and efficient, which I appreciated as I was paying for a rental car in the meantime.

I will be switching my regular servicing to Easy Street now and using them for any mechanical issues moving forward. Highly recommend!

Great place. Service is excellent. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I went to the wrong location and got lost so I was a little stressed when I arrived. Juline was warm and welcoming. She made all the changes and fit me in so I wouldn't have to go to the other location. They have done major work for us before and this was just an oil change. Very pleased.

Came in for an oil change. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Many complimentary amenities availed during my wait, such as snacks, drinks and Netflix. I was pleasantly surprised to find the driver side floor board vacuumed and a small goodie bag containing a thank you note. To top the entire experience off I was gifted a box of girl scout cookies by the owner. Looking forward to returning to this excellent shop​

Relieved and impressed an honest car repair shop still exists. The communication by Amanda and her team at the Fife location was outstanding. Definitely earned my business and will be telling people in the region to use their services. From the initial phone call to the end I was never left in the dark. Treated me like family.

This place is incredible. We rented out our camper van and our renters ran into some issues on their travels and Easy Street came to our rescue. The evaluation of the van and the repairs were so quick and they were so accommodating coordinating times with us and our renters. Can’t thank Angela and Jolene enough for their professionalism and prompt responses. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area or passing through.

Amanda and Easy Street continue to deliver excellent service. We met Amanda and her team years ago when we were stranded in a parking lot. Since then, we think of them first when in over our heads! Like someone else said in these reviews, they treat you like family.

Easy Street Auto is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy appointment process and quick turnaround on repairs. And our car was spotless inside and out when we picked it up! Highly recommended!!

Amazing people! Came in for a brake check with the brakes vibrating and a headlight replacement, and leaving there with high quality brakes with little to no vibration, and a complete new working headlight, 100% recommend them for their loyalty and cost of service! The best service I’ve gotten at an auto shop! They went above and beyond and found out that there was more to my problem then first thought and they were able to fix something that another shop just glossed over. Their rates are also very reasonable and everyone was extremely friendly. They will be my auto shop from here on out! Oh, and I forgot that they vacuumed my floorboards and gave me the nicest tray bag when I checked out! 👍👍👍

I’m glad I came across Easy Street Auto. My vehicle was stolen and recovered day after. Amanda and team were able to take my vehicle in right away or else I would’ve waited a month out to take in to dealership. They did great work on my vehicle-(fixed ignition, window, brakes) and I was always kept in the loop/updates on my vehicle. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

My drive shaft fell off in the middle of a busy intersection. Fortunate for me, easy Street was right at the location of that incident. They were helpful from the very second I walked in. They were very accommodating, everything I asked, they even brought my car to me after all was said and done. The price is reasonable and the staff very friendly. Thank you. Easy Street.
