Absolutely LOVE these bikinis. great quality and super comfortable.
I had a minor problem with my bikini bottoms and my first though was that i would have to jump through hoops to get some sort of refund or replacement, however i emailed Frankies and explained what happened.
The next morning i had an email saying to return the bottoms and that all return freight has been paid for and once received they will review them and issue a refund or replacement.
Alexis was wonderful to deal with and makes me confident shopping with them in the future knowing that if any problems occurred they will be dealt with efficiently and with great customer service.

I love Frankie's Bikinis! A little pricey, but good quality, soft fabric, super sexy, yet simple styles. I don't mind the splurge for a nice staple bathing suit :)
Jazz from customer service was able to cancel an order I had before it shipped when I changed my mind on ordering a size up vs. keeping the smaller size I previously ordered. Customer service is great!

I purchased one bikini set and loved the material so much, I purchased another. The quality of the material is so soft and buttery. Also, the customer service is quick and excellent. I forgot to put in a discount code and they immediately refunded me the amount. I will def be ordering my swimsuits from Frankies from now on! I just hope for some more colors/designs. A++

Frankie’s bikinis rocks… both in terms of their bikinis *and* their customer service… which I feel like can be challenging to come across these days! I’ve ordered a few bikinis from them and have absolutely loved them. One time there was a slight issue, so I reached out to the customer service email given, and they got back to me within hours and were soooo kind and communicate (and solved the issue). I couldn’t recommend Frankie’s more and will definitely be ordering more from them. I have zero personal connection to this company by the way, I’m just really blown away at the recent customer service experience I had and wanted to write a review. :)

Beautiful, high quality swimwear Frankies does not disappoint! I have ordered a couple of swim suits from Frankies and absolutely love them! Recently, I had a mishap with an order I placed online and the customer service was quick to remedy to the best of their ability. Highly recommend!

I love Frankies Bikinis! I have 4-5 sets of Frankies now and the quality is always amazing with the best selection of color availability!! I’ve ordered a few that didn’t fit me very well and the return process was so easy and accommodating! I had an issue with a package delivery and a team member, Lydia, was awesome with helping me sort it out. They are wonderful!

I purchased a couple of bikinis from Frankie's back in the spring. I had to exchange one of the tops for a different size and there was a bit of a hiccup in the shipping process (not FB's fault), so I reached out to customer support for help. Seriously, I could not have had a better experience. Jazz helped me and she was so responsive, helpful, thorough, and overall just lovely. You could tell that she understood and actually cared, a quality noticeably missing from many customer support groups today.

Jazz got me another top in the mail ASAP and I received it right in time. The exchange item ended up not working for me (amazing quality and would look incredible on someone else--just not the fit I was looking for with this suit), but Jazz made sure I'd be able to return it and the matching bottoms I'd received before, as I no longer needed them, and she sent me a shipping label right away. She was so sweet the entire time and made this process so stress-free. I am so thankful for her help and Frankie's is VERY lucky to have employees like her representing their brand so well! :)

Even though that top did not work for me, I walked away with another cute suit from that order that looks amazing on me. The quality is fantastic! Good customer service is more important today than ever, and I know going forward that I can count on the amazing staff at Frankie's Bikinis. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be shopping here again.

Frankie’s bikinis are lovely!! Every bikini I’ve purchased has great quality. Not to mention the fabrics are always so pretty to look at! I love this company and would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a swimsuit to feel great in. Also, customer service is always superb. Best customer service I’ve experienced. I usually don’t write reviews but I am so impressed and appreciative of not only the service but quality that I had to. I first ordered a tank top and a hoodie final sale and the material was so soft and thick. Not to mention the package arrived in days and I was given many updates throughout the duration of its transit. The hoodie although was a bit small for my liking so I emailed them inquiring if a return would be possible, even though it was final sale. Frankie’s got back to me the same day and I was able to place a new order for a larger size. I was so happy with my first order that I ordered the matching sweatpants to complete the set. I definitely recommend sizing up as the brand tends to run small, and knowing this I ordered up for the sweats and my items fit perfectly. The new sweater and the sweats came super fast as well and I had the whole entire set within the same week, including the second order. I know that the clothing is more on the pricier side, but the quality is definitely not cheap and super worth. I highly recommend shopping here :)

Frankies Bikinis offers one of a kind swimsuits of amazing color and design. Their customer service is stellar. I have placed two online orders and both orders shipped the very next day. I contacted customer service via email regarding a shipping question for my second order and I received a fast, friendly, and concise response from "Ashley". Highly recommend! A++

Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered a romper in the incorrect color and emailed their support center immediately after. Mackenzie, who would later assist me, was fantastic. She responded to my request within the hour and got the issue resolved shortly after. From my understanding, they typically don't cancel orders, but Mackenzie went the extra mile and contacted their warehouse to cancel the order. I'm extremely happy that she not only addressed my issue quickly but also went above and beyond to resolve the issue that was my own error. I'm bummed that the color I actually wanted is now sold out in my size, but I am excited to return as a customer as I know I'll be well taken care of by their team.

Fast shipping and incredible customer service! Lydia was able to assist me within a few hours. The bikinis are a splurge but they’re some of the best quality I’ve ever bought. Sizing is a little inconsistent but thank god for their free and easy return program. Can’t wait to purchase more items in the future.

Frankie’s makes super high quality swimsuits and their customer service is superb. I had to go through a couple of orders to find the styles and sizes that fit me, and Courtney was super accommodating and helpful throughout the process. She always responded very quickly! Very impressed

Best quality bathing suits! Always great fabrics & designs. Amazing new items all year in multiple styles of the same print making them appealing to all body types along with matching items to wear with the suit like dresses, rompers, shorts, etc.. All of the few issues or concerns that ever came up the past few years of being a customer have always been handled immediately by the incredible staff via email. Frankies Bikinis is very active on social media making it easy to have any quick sizing questions answered. Francesca is also very engaged with her customers which makes me only love the company more!

Love Frankies' suits but also amazing is their customer service. Any time I've contacted customer service, they have been incredibly prompt in responding, and are eager to resolve the issue. Daelyn recently helped with replacing an order that never arrived due to a USPS snafu over the holidays. She responded kindly to each email within minutes, set reasonable expectations for resolution, and got the replacement order out immediately.

Frankies has the best quality bikinis and amazing customer service. Their customer service is fast, efficient, friendly and understanding. I ordered online from Frankie bikinis on a Monday and had my suit by Friday (international shipping). Two days later the price dropped on the item I had bought and customer service immediately refunded me the difference. No problem. Product was great quality, great website, and sizing info was bang on. Loved shopping at frankies bikinis and will definitely be back!

I am always online shopping and unfortunately when I have had to contact the customer service these days it has been less than satisfactory and it's unfortunate because it makes it difficult to even want to support the business knowing I am not appreciated. As a result, it's not as easy to feel comfortable reaching out to customer service anymore. Frankie's bikini completely restored my faith in customer service and they have raised the standards entirely! All of the representatives have gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues and are quick to reply to inquiries.
