Cafe X2O, South Pasadena

I come back often for their chicken skewer plate. Lots of food and its so good! I usually get the garlic paste and Tzatziki dip as my sides. I keep ordering the same thing because its too good. If there is no parking on the street you can park around back and use the backdoor to enter.

My wife took me to this Mediterranean restaurant in South Pasadena nearby her work that she and her friends always go there for lunch. My wife was telling they love including herself she say the food is really good. We came to the restaurant at the right time it was lunch time and they have a lunch special deal. My wife order the falafel plate and I got the chicken kabobs and you pick your sides.

It took about 20 minutes to have our meal ready everything in the restaurant is made from scratch and made to order. My meal comes with chicken kabobs,rice and garlic spread as my side and also including pita bread. The chicken kabobs were very tender and juicy and full of flavor that I really enjoy and the rice was incredible good and fluffy that I really like. The garlic spread was very good I use on the Chicken and the rice it more flavor then I on the pita bread so good. The side was very good. My wife enjoy her falafel very much that's her favorite she say the falafel have tons of flavors and she give a piece of falafel wow it was so good I enjoy it.

Then she enjoy the hummus including the salad. Being my first time at Cafe X20 the food was incredible food. I told my wife we need to come back again to try different items.

The food was amazing we got the mini meal it was really good and filling. Also the manager taha was wonderful great attitude with the people and with his workers. The service was great order was fast and the server was asking every couple of minutes if we needed anything . Food came out quickly and hot. Great job will be back soon!

Outstanding Mediterranean food. If I havent mentioned it, I absolutely love meditteran food and rate this location a solid FIVE stars.

I've visited a few times thus far and the food quality, service, cleanliness and overall positive atmosphere has been great.

Employees are pleasant and theres a positive feeling inside.

Casual dining with delicious fresh food and great portions. Service was good. Not many people were there but food was good still!

This is a new branch. Soft opening. Perfect distance to JPL. Food came out hot and fresh! The boregs were also served very hot! Yummy. We looked the sandwiches so much we ordered 4 more to go. We got there place to ourselves and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Must try!

This place just opened and one of my strong suits is identifying good Lebanese or Mediterranean food, well because I am Lebanese.
I decided to try it out tonight.

Falafel sandwich
Lamb Kebab Sandwich
2 sides: Hummus and Baba Ghanouj

It was all fantastic authentic and very legit. Very close to the real thing in Lebanon. Maybe because the owner is Lebanese. I asked the guy on the register about it.

The falafel sandwich had the tomatoes like it should to make it juicy and let the juices mix with the tahini sauce. The falafels themselves also had the right consistency and flavor.
The lamb Kebab was great too. Pink on the inside.

The way the sandwiches are wrapped is well thought of as well. Open the wrapper and grab the sandwich and the bottom is already in another wrapper and ready to be eaten. Smart and very Lebanese.

Hummus is big for me and this hummus delivered far and beyond as well as the baba ghannouj.

The prices also were very on point.
Well thought of and affordable.

You bet I will be going there a lot more.
The people working there are friendly and happy to answer questions.

Great casual counter service Mediterranean restaurant. Ordered a lamb and chicken kebab plate combo with hummus, spicy lebni and fattoush salad to share and walked out stuffed. Everything was delicious and the sides are all made fresh in house. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned and the lamb was cooked perfectly with a tasty marinade

Cafe X20 is our go to place when we first return to our Pasadena home from our Phoenix home. We always order chicken kabob with hummus and tabu-lee. Never disappointing, always good.

I've tried several dishes and liked them all. The hummus is the best in this area. The fattoush salad is always made really good with the perfect amount of dressing. The chicken is juicy and well seasoned. The meat dishes are also 👌 Basically, if you are looking for really good Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food in South Pasadena this is the place to get it.

I had a great first experience and the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken kebab with side of tzatziki. The chicken was moist and very well seasoned and everything tasted so fresh. Monica was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Friendly staff and the place is always clean. The food is always fresh. If you get a plate, the prices go well above $10 with a tip but the portions are huge and are great for leftovers. I recommend the chicken sandwich for a quick bite. They put Toum in it (garlic paste) which is delicious but if you're not a garlic fan, swap for the hummus.

I got the beef kabob sandwich my first time here. It took a few minutes but it was worth the wait. The beef had the right tenderness and was flavorful. My wife got the chicken kabob plate on salad with the tabbouleh and tzatziki, and loved it as well. The staff was friendly and patient for my first time here, but I wish I could say the same about the short older guy with the frizzy gray hair who was behind me (I think he's a local grouch). There's in the back and always street parking nearby if you're willing to walk a couple of blocks.

I ordered chicken skewers with garlic sauce and bread and a falafel platter. The food was very fresh. The quantities were abundant. Extremely pleased with the catering order. I would recommend this restaurant highly to anyone who does not want to cook on a hot day.
So glad we have a Mediterranean place in South Pasadena.

Food was amazing and so was the service.

Good place - had the lamb kebab, and was impressed by the quality. (the meat was both flavorful and mostly pretty tender) Likewise, the roasted tomato and pepper were tasty and cooked just right.

Lastly, the staff was extremely friendly and happy to help - make sure to tip them, they'll appreciate it. (from their reaction when I did, it seems like not many customers do tip, oddly)

Needed a clean, low fat/carb/gluten meal and these folks delivered. Perfectly cooked chicken and a delicious dry salad. Yum, yum and they took the time to cook the chicken to just done and still moist. Ima be back fo sho.

Ate here again just now and I think this joint is actually getting better. Ordered chicken and lamb kabob w/salad and hummus. Lights out good!!

They made it right with me so we good great food.
