I was referred to Mel's after I went into my tire shop and they cut my brake line and totally messed my car up. Even though it was one of worse times of my life just buying a car. Mel fixed car and it was running BETTER than it EVER did when I first bought it. It was also a blessing in disguise. I have referred my daughter's and sister to him and he has done an awesome job. As a woman it's hard to find someone who is honest and will do a EXCELLENT job. I KNOW when I drive off from Mel's I have nothing to worry about. I trust him and his staff to the FULLEST. My family and I will ALWAYS be a customer and support his business 100 percent.

Mel & little Mel are outstanding mechanics I have never left their shop feeling as if I was robbed I always left with a big smile, also the shop is family-owned which makes it even more special because you get a hands-on experience I'm stuck for life no one else will touch my cars ever again but Mel's Auto.

I traveled for vacation when my car's window became loose and fell. The man who helped me was very kind and was able to fix it quickly. Excellent service!

Mel and the other guys make sure you go home happy with your car. Despite the small inconvenience of parking, they will find room to accommodate your car. I have been there a few times to do work on my car and I've been satisfied every time! I'll probably keep going back.

Mel has fixed my 92 Toyota 96 Honda 98 Chrysler 04 Hyundai. He does them all. BE PATIENT, good jobs take time.

This is my review from 4 years ago: Hard working crew. Always ready to assist. However there are days where it’s too overwhelming to fix the same day, so you might be asked to come back the next day. But it’s worth the wait (if it can). Mel’s been fixing my cars for 10+ years now. From complete engine swaps, clutch jobs, brakes, he’s pulled thu for me. I recommend him for any of your car needs. First job he did for me was an engine swap on a 92’ Toyota Paseo. He did a clutch job earlier this month (May 18’) and changed my brakes a week prior (front and back). And while I have shopped around during, his prices and service turnaround time doesn’t compare to the big guys. Check him out. STONGLY RECOMMEND.

The best place in town! Mel can fix a car and is a nice person and won't charge you so much that you can't eat the next month! Love this place. He has been doing my cars since 1999!
