I played lotto a few nights before. Bought a ticket around 12:45am from the owner and asked is it still okay to buy. He said yes its not 2am. Came back the next day around the same time maybe :48 instead of 1245.I asked the clerk could I have a scratcher. He says I Can't sell them because I have to much work to do. We close at 2 and I have inventory and paperwork. I said that wasnt an issue the other night. He says that's the owner. I said okay not gonna argue. He then continued to apologize and examine why he couldn't sell it. I said no need to explain if you can't sell me one. I'll just limited my spending here.

Smells terrible, like Aex 'S BODY spray, overpowering...I had to leave because it STANK so bad!!!!
