The staff Natalie and others relax you and ensure that your visit will be comfortable, and painless. I'm afraid of dentist, but they had me so relaxed with conversation and assurance that it would be quick and painless. They kept their word. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Really fantastic staff and professional Doctors. Honestly from the moment I walked in with no appointment everyone helped me and were really compassionate to my situation.

Love that I found a Dentist close to me BUT this happened - I got a call from this office (thinking they were calling me back after 3 weeks to confirm if they had received the x-rays from my previous dentist) and the receptionist said she wants to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. Mind you I am currently out of the State and I hadn't been in that office since November.

So I politely say I never made an appointment for tomorrow. I kid you not she then says "so you're not coming in tomorrow?". So I say well how can I come in if I never made an appointment?

She doesn't say oh maybe she dialed the wrong customer or maybe there's a mix-up in their file, she presumes I actually made an appointment and am now not coming in.

So I said I actually thought you guys were calling me back from 3 weeks ago to inform me that you received my previous dentists lab results. she said she would have the office manager return my call which the office manager who I spoke to three weeks ago said someone else would call me.

I get paid to write reviews but this one I'm doing for free because I think customers shouldn't feel condescending like they're missing an appointment when they never made one to begin with.
