Hilton Woodland Hills/Los Angeles

I stay here a couple times a month for work. Rooms are set up well. Restaurant and bar are great. Fitness center is well equipped. This is one of the few Hilton properties that I go to that do not have a pool, but not a big deal for me personally. Staff is friendly. I made a suggestion to stock something in the snack area to their food and beverage person and they did it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the bathroom was sanitized. Very friendly staff and painless check in /chech out.

Best hotel in the area by far! Super clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant in the lobby has great food and Mr. Will always provides the best service

Big thank you to this facility for assisting with an unplanned emergency overnight when our remote access fobs for our home at Essence just up the block stopped working and locked us out. Appreciate reception staying calm and relaxed as we ranted about our situation. Lol. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and great breakfast selections.

Lovely hotel. Stayed here many times. Great comfy rooms with good views. The restaurant is great for breakfast or any meal. And the indoor pool and Jacuzzi are excellent. Front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. Parking is great. Nice part of town. Certainly convenient. Highly recommended. I like the upper floors for the views of the city lights.

I have to acknowledge my last stay. I visit this location anywhere from one to two times a year. This time I happened to leave behind my Tory Burch sandals. Luckily I was assisted by Mr. Francis. He located my sandals and had them shipped back to me in Northern California. I am so grateful for the immediate attention and excellent customer service Francis provided. Thank God for honest abd caring people 🙏🏼 🙂

As a gold members of Hilton, whenever we travel we stay at Hilton only. This hotel was one of the best ones! Room was clean and fresh, drinks were amazing! Breakfast was incredibly delicious! And the whole staff was very nice, professional and friendly! Especially people from parking lot. We will definitely stay here again once we are back in LA.

Excellent stay! I felt appreciated and taken care of as a diamond member. Thank you Mike at the runway cafe for making my mornings fun. The service was fast, the food was great, and everything was clean. Looking forward to my next work trip!

From arrival to departure, I have only good things to say and had a great experience.
I was in town for a wedding, so this was a solo-stay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Another plus: the Hilton app is great; I checked in on the app, which apparently allowed me to get into my room early! The hotel is very attractive and comfortable. The room was clean, bed/pillows linens top notch - so comfortable. The breakfast and service were great. There's a beautiful cocktail lounge (I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy - next time!). Very convenient location - which was very helpful without a car. The area was lovely, I felt safe walking to restaurants and shops. I will absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. Front desk was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. AC wasn’t working well, but it was immediately fixed. Pet friendly! We brought our pup with us to LA to meet our new nephew. Location was great for us- 5 min drive to brothers house (Woodland Hills/valley neighborhood). Right near downtown Calabassass. Outlet shops in walking distance. Starbucks in walking distance too. The hotel also had a little Starbucks machine in their shop too- we def hit that up daily. One thing my husband did say was that the breakfast wasn’t too good. I didn’t eat there at all so I cannot confirm nor deny. Oh! The valet guys out front were also SO friendly to us. It was nice to feel welcomed whenever we got back to the hotel after a long day.

Yethar, in the restaurant, made our stay WONDERFUL! She always brightened our day!!! She's so personable and engages with conversation while keeping her services timely to other guests. She brings smiles to many, and Hilton is extremely lucky to have her positive energy displayed for many to mirror.

My wife and I don't stay in many hotels (much prefer vacation rental homes) but we were in town just for one night and the Hilton was conveniently located to my wife's event. We did have a suite so I can't comment on the other rooms, but ours was great - clean and spacious. But honestly my favorite part about the place was the valets; super friendly and nice. A special shoutout to Maurice who was also very funny and we appreciated his humor - seek him out!

Still a great place to stay. Wonderful staff. Comfortable room. Well stocked snack area.

Stayed here many times over the years. Always a good experience. Room is standard Hilton, but with a larger TV than most. Comfortable bed, clean room, okay sized bathroom. Good location. Concierge room has not been open for a while... not sure why.

I went to visit a family member looking to stay 2 weeks ended up 2 months. I have a thing for the Hilton since my stay at the Hilton NY. The difference between the two was the scenery, it was for me breathe taking. The weekend price was just right. The room was very Clean so we're the beds. I have worked at hotels and I know how linens were put back on beds. I like the free extended check-out time. Thanks once again Hilton for making my stay enjoyable.

What a luxury to be able to stay at the Hilton this weekend. The rate was very competitive and the room was very clean. The entire staff was welcoming and very nice. I’ll be reserving another room for every concert I attend! Thank you for being exceptional!

Had a great stay at the Hilton, the Hotel is near a huge shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. The service from staff was great, and the rooms were large and clean. I love that they have King size beds in the rooms. My family had an excellent stay and will stay again on our next visit to LA. The only thing that's missing is a pool.

I dont know where and how to start with how amazed I am with this place, its staff, service, you name it, It will be DONE!! no ifs buts ors! I got the opportunity to stay here for 4 nights with quite few family members for my wedding. It is one of the best hotels you can find in the valley! My venue was not close, it was about 20 mins but it was so WORTH every second driving for how amazing my experience was here!

I checked in here on Friday with 5 rooms for my guests then another 15 more guests or so so about another 15 rooms! it was phenomenal of how easy check in was, how available staff were, how convenient everything was, and not to mention the location is outstanding. There is just about everything you need within walking distance

I worked with a lot of people as I was reserving the rooms, it started with Joseph who is the sales manager. He was outstanding. When I checked in there, everyone was beyond amazing. I had the pleasure working with Mr. Francis, Kris, Rodrigo, Maryland, Jaime. There were so many more people. But those went above and beyond from calling for room service to parking to getting things done from banquet.

They were able to make me a divider in the room to do our vows. It was above and beyond what I Had expected of what they could do.

They have valet and regular parking. Restaurant inside as well that is open late, beautiful lobby and 2nd floor seating area if you ask them to use it, they are happily okay with it.

I dont know how to thank them or appreciate their cooperation, helpfulness, understanding, and everything in between. I will return here and recommend it to everyone

Some of my guests forgot few things, they security is amazing!! one month later, they still kept the items until we were able to pick them up!

2- Location is 5 mins by car from Westfield village and plenty of good restaurants.
3- Staff were helpful

Improvement Suggestions:
1- Exit roadway to Canoga Ave has some blind spot due to long plants that make driving difficult. Please trim the plants.

Clean and nice hotel. Shower was nice. Bed super comfortable. Lot of restaurants in walking distance. Valet people were really nice and friendly. Cons- probably LA thing, but toilet flush was painful. Also main lobby service can be little better. Otherwise super satisfied with the stay.

I had a great and refreshing stay at this Hotel, The staff was amazing. You can tell they enjoy their Job. The hotel was clean and in a nice location. The room was nice and spacious, We were in a junior suite. My view from the 12th floor was beautiful. I travel a lot and unfortunately stay at Hotels a lot, this is easily one of my favorite properties. The restaurant staff were always amazing as well.
