I am thoroughly impressed with Postal Max's exceptional service as a carrier provider. Not only do they offer highly competitive prices, but their staff is also remarkably kind and knowledgeable. My experience with them was flawless from start to finish. Without a doubt, I will be returning to utilize their services in the future, and I wholeheartedly recommend Postal Max to anyone in need of reliable shipping assistance. Five stars!

When I lived in San Francisco, I mailed mail that was too large. Since I moved here to LA, Postal Max has given me good explanation. this store offered me a reasonable price. This place saved me more time and money. Sometimes we don't understand regular mail size and express mail.

My brother and I send video and photo parts to consumers, and Postal Max has helped us keep our packages safer. workers very nice ~ Sometimes I just bring things and that's okay.

I have had the worst experience with Postal Max ETC.
1. The overcharged me with DHL shipping, well above the prescribed rates per their agreement with DHL.
2. They failed to get my packaged delivered. I had to call a DHL representative to arrange for the collection of the package sitting at their location for days.
They charged $476.62 for a small standard envelope. The DHL cost for the delivery of the item was approximately $185.00

Postal Max Etc. placed all the blame on DHL and took no responsibility. They acknowledge they overcharged but refuse to make restitution.

If anyone else has made use of their delivery service, and believe they were overcharged, please contact the Delivery Service Company they have an agreement with [UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS] to inform them of the issue.

No one else should have to go through what I have gone through.

Update: After almost 3 months of communication with DHL & Postal Max Etc. a full refund was processed.

Only go this place if you don’t have a job and you have all time in the world. If you a working person this place is going to be your nightmare. Try to pick up your package before work? They are closed. Try to pick up your package after work? They are closed . Try to pick up your package before holiday? They are closed . Try to pick up your package after holiday? You guessed, they are closed . They are never open. Is impossible to have anything done in here

I received a very important package at Friday 1 pm. I went to pick it up at Saturday 10am . I had a mortification in my mailbox what is said my package is here . I went to the mail box and ask for it . A lady in a front desk told me she “can’t found “ it , probably the other girl “ took is somewhere “ . That how they are take care my packages? This is disgusting . If you want to make sure your package is safe , don’t use this mail box !!
