Store is carrying more high end merchandise for less. Customer service has improved. I love shopping there.

I have been coming here and shopping for about 15 years now, ahhhh, the treasures!!! I found so much exciting stuff every time, I usually spend hrs looking and leave w a lot less money, but full of goodies.

I don’t know about u, but I LOVE Ross! Great bargains on ur fave brands, I found Mugler perfumes one time I couldn’t believe it!

Today is March 12, 2023. I was in the Ross today with my mother, and I got to say this Ross dress for less blew me away it’s clean in there people are friendly in there. The clothes are visible that you could see sizes prices and every rack what you’re looking for security walks around says hello to you. How are you? Has a conversation with you making sure that everything is clean, their self checkouts are wonderful the employees are great. The fitting room lady was awesome. The dressing rooms are clean the bathroom is exceptionally clean the best Ross dress for less I’ve ever been to in the state of California and then I got to see a high school friend, which was really nice on top of it all after 34 years . Amazing Day ♥🌷♥🌷♥🌷

hi-end designers at huge discounts... 🤯.

I usually will just call the designers and order on the phone what I need &/or want.

Clean organized easy to shop

I was really impressed by how organized this particular store was. Maybe it's because there's just not as many people out and about due to COVID, or maybe they just had an opportunity to clean up pretty well, as it wasnt busy at all when I was there. I have to be careful when I shop at Ross, otherwise I'll end up spending $200 on stuff I want but don't NEED.

Tons of git ideas in stock for Christmas!

Went in looking for storage bins, they didnt have any, ended up buying a calking comforter set and a doggie bed. Both items had great prices and the lines were very short. Had a great shopping experience. Thanks

Very organized and had quite a large selection compared to others I have been to. I was impressed with the kids section which is usually picked over at other locations. A wide variety of home goods, all nicely in order with some higher end brands.

I went to Ross to buy a lunch tote and came out with a pair of shoes, gifts for mothers day and Madeleine all under $20. I wasn't able to get my lunch tote UNFORTUNATELY THEY RUN OUT. BUT OVERALL GREAT DEAL. I love these mini cakes with pure butter. Delicious..

Love to shop at Ross. For Clothes, purses and household items its my go to place. Summer clothes are usually better than winter items. But cant beat the prices. Nice and helpful employees. Very clean store

Lots of great stuff at affordable prices. The store is really big so you will be able to find many things. From household items to pet supplies. Although they have limited supplies they are still good.
