Family Dollar

This Family Dollar is in a very sketchy area, so park in the front and go to the store and back to your car. They need a good security guard out front and they don't have one. I think these stores tend to go into poorer areas for people that can grab and go and not spend too much. We were fine and I will go back there, just be smart. Poor does not mean sketchy, drunks and drug addicts do and these types tend to take advantage in poor areas.

The outside is pretty clean, they just need a few more lights at night. Inside the place is also in decent shape. There is a lot of stuff in there and it is not a large store, but the employees keep it as tidy as they can. I had no trouble finding what I wanted.

I was with my grandson, as always, as he loved going up and down each aisle and picking out treats and snacks. They have a lot of Little Debbie products which I think are awful, but he likes them, so what do I know.

He also found a doll he wanted. Now, just because this is a budget store does not mean things are great prices. I am positive I could have gotten this plastic doll for about 2 dollars, it was 10$ which is outrageous for this doll, so beware of that. I bought it anyway, because he really wanted it and I can do that, but if I was on a tight budget I would not shop here.

They have some cute stuff and some stuff you might not find elsewhere. It was a fun excursion.

The service was super nice and I am grateful for that. They were just really nice.

María was a joy!!! It's the Christmas season and everyone is out jamming the store and not so cheery but when my wife and I get up to the register Maria was very helpful and was amazingly upbeat for as busy as it was. This store has all sorts of household essentials but I was truly surprised with all the Christmas decorations and wrapping supplies.

Just want to say that the Christmas Eve being short-staffed the employees working or very friendly and helpful. Especially Sean he was in the front by himself. He was kind and professional and even though there was a lot of customers he had a great smile.

Neat organized store with friendly staff. I went 10 minutes prior to closing and not once was I asked to hurry up or told they were closing like some stores that start announcing it 30 minutes prior. They have very fair prices on everything I saw. Basically 50% off other stores like Target and Ralph's. I'll definitely shop here more often. I was surprised at how much they had in there.

I lived in Pedro for 4 years, went here every two weeks. I moved to Burbank and still come to this same store. Safe vibe, always stocked, clean, etc I go where I am comfortable no matter the distance

The workers here are very sweet and attentive. I love that they never run out of things I came to purchase. They are clean for the most part except on obvious days of new shipment coming in. I enjoy coming here

This place is the right place to go to you to reward yourself for a job well done it has anything and everything name brands new products things you don't find at a discount store much better than a 99 cent store

Love this store prices are really good you can find everything you need including shoes and clothes

Like family Dollar. The only things is the restrooms are always out of order, don't just this one but others as well. Family and friends says they have the same experience.

Pretty good just like Dollar Tree but with little Peter Piper prices just by a buck or two
