DeForest Park

The park was nice. The grounds keeps were polite and one was informative about a hawk I saw there! There are a lot of rabbits running around, too! People were walking their dogs and people with their kids at the playground; it was lively, but peaceful as well. They have tennis courts, roller hockey rinks, and a basketball court.

Is a great place to walk and explore I saw plenty of wild life during my walk around here. Also great small hike and children friendly small trail

Great park to hang out, pass the time, walk exercise, pretty long park to walk if walking is your thing with 2 trails in each corner of the park.

Great park. Parts of it feel like a wilderness.
There are nice walking path where you'll see nature in many neat settings such as mini ponds, dirty ground, wilderness and wooden walk bridges.

it's great for the kids to play, go walking on the trail or just want to sit back and relax

My husband Juan and I celebrate Valentines day following our 2nd year anniversary the day before plus the Superbowl the day before that!😀

I miss the trees that abounded before the remodelling of the park. The trail looks beautiful.

Wetlands look beautiful. Can't wait til all the greenery grow in.

It's a good place to take the kids it's all kinds of activities for them don't forget enrol them in baseball soccer n other things so go you be glad do it for the kids because kids that are happy grow up to be good professionals and they will keep their kids busy you want your kids to grow up to be good people I'm sure you want the better then be in gangs I was never took me anywhere I know they need attention listen to them and you will see I know I was one of the ones in the streets come on parents let's keep them busy

Rode our bikes here via the riverbed. Because of covid it was on the emptier side, so we were able to walk around and be on the bridge so we could catch sights of the turtles at our leisurely pace.

Afterward, we got some treats and sat on the grass.
It felt really comfy, everyone was distanced, and it was relaxing. I would've liked to have spent more time here.
Definitely looking forward to going back.

I didn't take a lot of pictures because seeing as how weve been cooped up, i wanted to take it all in. But while i was sitting on the ground waiting for my mango, I turned around and saw this. That alone, 😍

Great place for nature walks 🚶‍♂ and fresh air

Quiet park in a residential neighborhood. It's next to LA River but there is no access to it. However, there are lots of opportunities to see really cool birds.

Another lovely reclaimed river urban park. Amazing fence and gate artwork, world class. Great walking bridge and astonishing amount of av as in and bio diversity. A gem not to be missed

Loved it, but do be careful and attentive to your surroundings .

A great place to relax and enjoy the morning light. Also a grat place to take the family. There is a play ground for the smaller children. And there is a baseball,basketball, and tines ball cort.

I love going to walk in this park and even I can do exercise!!

It is a nice park but there were lots of people just parked on the street that looked very undesirable I wouldn't bring my kids there or go by myself
