Even though they look like they're short staff they get the job done. The staff is very friendly and I never have to wait in line for to long. I like to see managers help out there teams and I see they have a cool relationship with there staff which is always nice to see. Plus if you look lost or need assistance someone always comes up and ask if you need help. There pharmacy is great if you need assistance they come out and help you find what you need if there not busy. At least they give you great recommendations and are very knowledgeable if they are busy. This store is very organized and clean. Keep up the great work and I will continue to shop and rave over this CVS location!

This was such a friendly staff. I came to drop off my UPS package through the UPS ACCESS POINT CVS has there, but everyone was very friendly, huge smiles when greeting me, was a very nice way to start the day.

I have to give CVS a hat soft for doing really well at customer service, keeping their store very clean, and being as helpful as possible.

The real genius and being a CVS employee isn’t just checking people out but knowing where everything in the stories these stores offer such a Vasteree products where else can you go get gummy worms, a half case of Coca-Cola, hair coloring, and various items for personal hygiene? In addition to puzzles and toys?

These people are straight up scientists when it comes to knowing where everything is located and the store is a golden example. It’s in the cashier did a great job and made my life a lot easier

and if you have employees like this? You’re always going to have a lot of customers.

I’ve always received great customer service from all employees at the CVS located on Atlantic Blvd., in Long Beach. I’m always property greeted, “Welcome to CVS,” and although this particular CVS store is usually always very busy; the cashiers are always pleasant, courteous, and professional. They make sure that customers are not waiting too long in lines and work very efficiently. Also, I appreciate all staff workers who are working diligently during the continuance of COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you CVS for fair prices!

The manager in this CVS is super cool and his so attentive with the costumers! I love coming here because they always have good prices and you get extra bucks backs. That's cool and you get rain checks now that's awesome.

I love this store. Mgr are awesome and so are the staffs. Mind you this is small cvs store in a ghetto area. Lots of products missing or shelve tag missing is due to bad customer s not employees. They try to accommodate theft & disgruntled customers as best as they can. Sometimes a simply please & thank you wil put a smile on everyone face. For example I witness a customer complaint that the receipt has too many coupons. What is a staff suppose to do with that comment?

Great customer service, friendly staff who know their store's layout and can direct you promptly to any item they've got in stock that you can think of.
