This 711 is pretty nice when it’s not getting shot at. I wonder if they replaced their bullet holes yet

Good variety of options I’ve been here many of times and never really had any issues, it looks like it’s being turned around and being better, sluppees are usually out of the “small” but I don’t mind it. Good basic convenience store.

Friendly peoples there, patient.

The staff is friendly, but during the pandemic they've been letting in customers without face masks so I'm trying not to go here anymore.

Parking isn't very good. The girl that works there isn't very nice and doesn't tend to customers, especially when she's busy talking to her friends. The other staff there aren't very nice to some of the low income customers but there's always drama at this shopping center, so I'm sure they've had a lot of problems.

Always ask for a receipt bc they charge you more than what your total is. I called to tell them and they act like they don’t understand English

Dirty, long line, horrible customer service. DON'T EAT THE FOOD! I witnessed a customer touch 3 different baskets of chicken wings, 2 of which he pulled out and put back while the Clerk watched, 👀 before he made his decision.

I won't recommend anybody to go to this 7-11. What an awful experience I had at this location... The worst person here is the manager, specifically the one working around 4:45 pm - 4:50 pm on Monday June-19-2023.
There was a misunderstanding between the staff and myself, I was asking an employee about the chicken wings but in spanish, the lady told me she doesn't speak spanish, then I said that's ok, I can speak English, then she replied to me "why are you speaking in Spanish then?" which I found unacceptable and disrespectful... I asked the employee why she asked me that?; suddenly the manager was standing to my right, yelling at me several times that the employee said to me "I don't speak spanish", I told her "calm down, don't yell at me"... She replied "I'm not yelling at you"... You know how that goes when somebody raises the voice... Anyway she was actually barking at me like a mad pitbull, not kidding

Came in to get some beer and left empty handed. As I walk in the first thing I see is a huge rat run under the slurpee machine. Wont return to this disgusting location.

This place sucks. The Samoan so called supervisor is a horrible person. I’ve never seen her happy. I hope she gets transferred.

Not even joking, but white customers are not allowed, this is what I gathered.Three different times different employees each time, twice I was called a racial slur, and once I was refused service

Came in for quarter and the man gave me a very hard time and Demeanor Was very sassy .I don’t understand customer service has to be so difficult

The female that works there is very rude
Gave me an attitude when I got cashback . Place is not that clean . People asking for money when you go in and out of the 711 . Parking there is always taken
Never going back there again .
