We were first time home buyers . We selected the the Leon Real Estate Team based on reviews we saw online and we were so lucky to have chosen them. We worked with Maria and she was wonderful! She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with the team.

My Family and I wanted our first home to be beautiful , 2 floor & big yard . We never got to search for houses . But my mom did follow Maria Leon , since she was my brother’s Realtor. My mom show me Maria’s Post . My family & I love the house .
We didn’t find the need of looking for Different options because we fell in love with the first one we seen because it was a new built, was not to love about ? We scheduled an appointment with Maria & she help us to start paper work. She helped us with the builder. Asking what other paperwork we need and what was missing. I will definitely recommend her because I know she will help you find your dream home until you find it.

The Leon Team is the greatest of the best. As a first-time home buyer, I was searching for a reputable lender as well as a real estate agent. I had already spoken to other lenders and realtors who I have had a bad experience with, so I was insecure about the process and worried that things would not work out. But meeting the Leon team was an incredible experience. Maria and Alex were really considerate and respectful, and they went above and beyond to help my family and me. I was quite impressed with Alex's efficiency and professionalism as a lender. Alex and Soledad completed the paperwork and processed it quickly.
The most endearing quality I found in the Leon team was their constant communication, even at 10 p.m. Throughout my journey, I would contact any of them, especially Maria, with any questions or concerns I would have. They were always very helpful by phone and text, which was very appreciated. Working with Luis was also enjoyable for me and my family; he is very professional, on time, and patient. His patience for viewing homes is very impressive. It speaks much about the Leon Team that he was prepared to show my family homes that they ultimately decided they did not like, even if it meant driving across several cities in Southern California, they would do their best to meet your expectations. I promise! You will not regret putting in the effort with The Leon Team. They are all the above patient, communicative, professional, mindful, and realistic.

Great experience all around! Maria Leon was very professional and answered all of our questions. She answered our calls and texts at anytime during the day. This was our first home purchase and I’m glad we chose Maria to help us find our first home. Her assistant Esmeralda was also very very helpful.
