I had a great customer service experience here. I purchased a PS5 for a loved one knowing nothing about the product and the employee was very kind and understanding. He let me know all the details about the product without making me feel silly or ignorant.

This place rocks, they fixed the camera on my phone about a month ago, and it is working great, but I recently had some issues with my phone and thought it might have been hacked. Tony, I think he is the owner, took a look at it and had it fixed in no time, and even though it took him about 10 minutes, he didn't charge me anything. Awesome!

The employees were extremely kind and helped me out with everything I needed. I usually feel rather tense around people but they were very cheerful and gave the shop a very welcoming atmosphere.

When I move to this area, I was truly surprised to see they have a GameStop store at this City. I had so much fond memories at GameStop at another City before I move. If you need anything regarding video game, this is the place to go. And if you join their membership, you can get many pre-owned games at greatly discounted price. I was a regular customer for more than 10 years, my son and I are gamers, and we often come to GameStop for our endless search of great games with sale price. The most unique thing about GameStop, is that they have staff that are also gamers, so they understand your needs, and gave honest opinion regarding your purchase. I strongly recommend you get membership if you don't mind have pre-owned games with reduced price.

Truly terrible experience, bought a xbox 360 and 5 games and they forgot to give me 2 of them i drove all the way back and they made me pay for arkam asylum again and gave me the other "free" LOL, months later after buying a 3ds I went back to purchase a protector for it the girls there couldn't find any they said why don't you just buy one online.... so I took there advice and never went back and have been completely happy with Amazon, just a warning check the boxes even if they check them in front of you, they need to hire staff that know the products, I think there manager is sexist or something. always has young girls there which should be looked into internally... which should change after this review. and anyone who says otherwise works or knows someone who works there

edit: went back one more time and was truly pleased by the changes they made, a very friendly and well spoken manager and honest employees... damn never thought id say that about here

We used to purchase ps4 cards at Walmart...now we get them here. They always have them in stock here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nic really goes above and beyond to help in every way possible. We always find something that interests is here. I love the option for warranty too. There are great deals all the time. We always leave this store with something neat. Highly recommended.

Great selection of games, Great quality service, always helpful and wonderful place to be. Always leave feeling some-what satisfied with the transactions, and the employees always make me want to come back.

Terry the manager was very friendly and helpful. He made the visit a lot easier for me because I know nothing about games and collectables. He helped me find a great gift.

Always go in knowing what I want and get out fast, thanks to the game stop app. It lets me know what games they have in the shop here in Ukiah. Staff is super helpful, they try their best. ☆☆☆☆☆
